Our Absolute Favorite Place in Nashville in all 4 days!! All because of 1 Person!Mark Box! My husband was parking our truck across the street & heard Mark singing(Mark should be able to keep that window open all the time! I guarantee you will double your foot traffic!) My husband has an ear for good music. He stopped dead in his tracks! He looked at me & said," That boy can sang" We're going to go listen to him right now!! I believe we went 3 days. I was sick on day 4. Mark is one of the most talented singers we have heard in Nashville, including the concert acts we've heard! Why he's not on the radio, is beyond us!He just needs that one break in the business! I'm going to pray that happens for him! I believe in Miracles & the Power of Prayer! He Needs a Miracle & Deserves One! We're going to see if we can't get him one!Anyway, Losers Service was fantasticFood was Awesome-From the Fried Pickles, Catfish, Chili, Elvis Grilled Cheese....all of it was delicious!Aptmosphere was wonderful...except we had a little snafu during a set, after Mark went home, where a girl & guy were singing & got interrupted during a song. I'm sure management took care of that problem!
Just a great hangout place. We stopped by late one afternoon this December and were blessed to listen to Mark Box. All too often in Nashville, visitors just want to listen to their favorite radio hits played by live bands, so it's hard to hear original stuff by local artists. As I noted above, we walked in and Mark was playing. I bugged him to play some of his own music and it was great stuff. Hats off to Losers Bar for having a great hangout place, super staff and getting great musicians. This is our #1 place in Nashville and can't wait to get back.

Great off-broadway bar. Good music, good atmosphere and cheaper beers. What is not to like?
They didnt allow me in with back my pack. I came from ireland , a tourist and really wanted to check the place out but got refused even tho they only had 10ish people in there . It was a Monday after noon. Very Disappointing :(

Assaulted and thrown out for using the wrong stairs. Second floor bathrooms were shut and was directed by signs to use the rooftop ones. I unfortunately used the stairs from the patio on second floor which evidently were the "wrong" stairs. As I got to the top of the stairs and went through the door I was greeted by a security person who told me I couldn't use the stairs. Since I was already on the third floor I said okay I won't use the stairs and walked into the restroom. The security guy followed me into the bathroom, told me off and that I was going to be thrown out. I said okay, I would pay my tab and collect my wife and would leave. After washing my hands I left the restroom where I was confronted by another security person whom indicated I was to leave the bar. I said okay, I'll pay my tab, get my wife and leave. He said no, you're leaving right now and directed me to leave using the stairs that the other person told me not to use. I told him that I didn't need to use those stairs because I was told not to but he insisted and then proceeded to shove me and hit me all the way through the bar and through the alley. Not once did I say I wasn't going to leave the establishment. Not once did I threaten him or anyone else. Not once was I belligerent. I apologized for using the wrong stairs and said I wanted to pay my bar tab and get my wife and leave. Great job guys!
