Read a review that this was one of Nashvilles rising chefs fave restaurant. Being in the food industry, if chefs eat somewhere, it says something. Came for a late lunch and had the place to ourselves. Even as such, the food was delicious and top notch. The egg rolls were a different take on the usual and slicing the fresh rolls is brilliant. The wok seared pho was tasty, the broth is slurping worthy.
Got the claypot, taste was excellent but my steak was too red I barely eat the meat, Hope they asked us how we want the steak cook before serving. Service was slow. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
