This was such a disappointment. I ordered the popper Mac and cheese and the Tex Mex sandwich. The sandwich was incredibly dry and had no cheese. The mac and cheese which was supposed to have spicy jalapenos had no peppers and made Kraft sound really good. The fries seemed like they just came out of a fridge they were so cold. To top it off I found two hairs in my food. I'm not very picky, but this was awful.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Definitely not an option for anyone looking for a quick lunch during the work day. I ordered online and it told me my order would be ready by 12:33. I showed up around 12:40; it took the bartender at Bar Louie about 10 minutes to even acknowledge me, then another 10 minutes later she told me that they were still making my sandwich. I waited until 1:12, when I left because I had just wasted 45 minutes in the middle of my work day trying to get a grilled cheese. So I paid for a sandwich I never got, two thumbs down.

I ordered through Uber Eats as I didn’t have a way to go get it myself. My driver was quick and nice, that wasn’t the issue. The restaurant did not give him my drink, there was no silverware (you would think with a to go order they would assume you need something to eat it with), the side Caesar salad was not worth $7, and the Mac n cheese tasted like it was old.

Ordered food and it said it would ready at 830, food wasn’t ready for almost 45 min later. The sandwich was subpar and it tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp. Do not recommend.
Food was terrible. The OGC came with hardly any cheese on the bread, so it was nearly inedible as I had no desire to eat two pieces of bread. It also took a long time for order to be prepared. Warm tots were placed in a plastic sealed cup which made them extremely soggy. I don't understand why they didn't come in a styrofoam container like the rest of the food. Whole meal went right into the trash. Will definitely not order from here again.

Absolutely horrible. I waited an hour for a grilled cheese that was made wrong. It wasn’t busy at all. I was told by servers that the kitchen sucks and is very slow. They said “it’s the people back there.” I told the staff I was in a hurry too because my husband was in the hospital. I just wanted to leave but already paid. Also, It was still partially frozen. It’s like a weird Texas toast. Just DONT.

Last night I ordered through Door Dash at 7:45pm, My dasher arrived at 8:15 and waited an hour and a half for my food. It was 9:45.. He canceled my order because he wasn't going to wait any longer. I called the store 3x and each time they said its been started should be done in 15 minutes, once at 8:50, another at 9:00 and another at 9:30. After my order was canceled, I called the store again and offered to come pick it up myself. I got there the food still wasn't ready, the manager said "it got cold" So they were going to remake my food. I asked how long she said 10 minutes. I waited a little less than that, and my food was ready. Why did it take 3 hours to make mac n cheese I have no idea, they were having a bad night I guess. But it was a huge waste of my time, my dashers time, and money. Door dash as you know keeps the tips for the driver so I didn't get a full refund . The managers and staff I spoke too were very nice they did nothing wrong and I could tell they were stressed. But 3 hours for food is honestly insane. I didn't get home until 10:45 and the portions of the food were extremely small. I more than likely wont be ordering from here again. I hope they can manage a situation like this better next time.
