From the moment you step in, the vibe is welcoming and trendy, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The menu is a delightful mix of classics and innovative dishes, each one bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service is top-notch! We loved our waiter, Abigail! Whether you're a local or a visitor, Marsh House is a must-try for anyone looking for a stellar food in Nashville. Highly recommend!

This is a very good restaurant. It is a nice step up from the more casual places in the gulch. It is also not a high-end hotel Steakhouse, the menu is more interesting. Plus they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are not a cheap place but they are also not outrageously expensive. I suspect they make a lot of their money on alcohol sales. If you want to party, this may not be the place for you. It is well designed, comfortable and worthy of repeat visits.

Atmosphere is upscale but laid back, decor was tasteful and modern. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Had a glass of sauvignon blanc and the fried chicken, which was very crispy but light and not greasy. It came with three separate pieces with rice and green beans and was so filling I couldn’t finish it all! Just delicious. Will definitely be back!

I ordered a seafood platter, and I got a fish, but I didn’t sea any food. What’s the deal?!?

Incredible evening. Our waiter was attentive and gave an incredible wine recommendation. Our water and wine glasses were never empty. The food was delicious. Impossible to pick a favorite of the entire meal, but the fluke crudo was light and the halibut had the perfect balance of flavors. Try the mussels! Not sure how there was any room for dessert but you should probably try them all as well. The atmosphere was perfect for a night out.

Fantastic service and ambience for brunch . A little more upscale than some other areas but not unreasonably priced. The salmon tar tar and corn beef hash were unique and delicious.

Fabulous!! Waitress was tremendous, good balance of being available yet letting us talk and enjoy each other's company. Food was outstanding. Had perfectly seared and prepared scallops. Atmosphere was very elegant but comfortable.Marsh House is attached to the Thompson Nashville by Hyatt, great property and great location in the Gulch. We will definitely be back when we visit Nashville.

Amazing breakfast! Did not expect such a good breakfast at a seafood house, but I was blown away. The staff is fantastic, the vibes are excellent, and the food is beyond.I've never had such chunky corned beef hash and I'm pretty sure I can't go back to the traditional style.Don't skip this spot!

Highly recommend Marsh House! We absolutely love this place for brunch & dinner! The service is amazing and the servers are so knowledgeable about every dish. On our most recent visit, we decided to get a dozen oysters, split a few appetizers as well as the scallops entree. You really can’t beat their $1.50 oysters for happy hour! The shrimp toast is always our favorite and we get it every time since it’s a 10/10! The ceviche and ricotta dip were delicious, and the scallops were cooked to perfection. We always have a great time when we come here and love the atmosphere. Todd (the GM) makes us feel so welcome every time we come in! Be sure to check this restaurant out if you haven’t already!

Five of us went for oysters during happy hour. Ordered the ricotta as an app and the waitress assured us it would be enough for the table. It was not. Also it was not served with any bread. Are we supposed to just eat the cheese?! We requested bread, which we were charged for and was stale. Then we ordered 12 oysters each which the server seemed annoyed with. We asked for separate checks, which should not have been a problem because we were not a large party. She denied our request. Gratuity was added beforehand which was not stated on the menu. It seemed like our presence was more of an annoyance. The service was lacking, as were the accommodations. As a local, would not recommend or go back.
