This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen. Do not order food from this McDonald’s, not once not twice not three times every time I get food from them, they either forget something on my order or give me something I did not order. I have filed a complaint about this to the owner of this McDonald’s and she seemed to not care about how her establishment.

This McDonald's is located on Dickerson Pike and sits just off the 65/Briley Parkway ramps. For the most part, this is your standard McDonald's location. They are the busiest in the morning starting around 7am, so if you are hoping to swing through for a quick bite, be prepared to hit that drive thru line. All my visits have been via drive thru, have been a mixed bag from service to quality. My most recent visit was for an early morning breakfast pickup of a chicken biscuit meal. Not sure if they had not changed the oil for a few days or if they just forgot about the chicken, but it was borderline burnt. This made the chicken chewy and pretty unpleasant to eat. No amount of condiments could save it. Service is always decent here. May take a bit sometimes, but they are always friendly at the windows. Overall, decent McDonald's spot that I wouldn't avoid when that craving hits.

Terrible, they never give your complete orders, very slow employees.
Food is usually made correctly (during lunch). Breakfast is usually the worst time to go to this location. Especially right when they open. Multiple times I’ve waited 10 to 20 minutes in the drive-thru at 5 a.m. before they take the first order. The (presumed) morning manager does not like to hear that you received the wrong order and will argue with you. This location has completely lost my business. During lunch hours, drive-thru may look busy, but typically goes by pretty quick, except I always seem to get stuck behind the person that orders half the menu (not literally).

812/23 Go here order ask for extra mayonnaise and onions the Mexican woman is always rude needs attitude adjustment went here January 29th and again she takes my drive through order and I start telling her my order she said omg and I said omg I wish she would go to another McDonald's to work maybe in Florida far far far away so I don't have to fool with her and her attitude.
