Stale and overly cooked fries , no smiley faces from workers , they all laugh and talk loud to one another could be heard from every where , you as a customers never feel welcomed .

They have the AC wall outlets, deliberately disabled, which I'm only guessing they're trying to keep some youngsters out of this place as to not charge their phones while they're hanging around, but they seem to neglect the fact that many adult and business travelers staying in nearby hotels around corner or coming through the city would also stop by for a quick bite and like to charge their phones Before resuming their trip, this location gets an F on awareness and service
No napkins out, have to ask for them. Bathrooms dirty, homeless coming and going. Workers serious about drive thru orders, little attention paid to walk-ins/Uber Eats delivery orders. Food normal. Been here at least 5 times, today's service was the worst. 10 minutes for a basket of over salted fries. One worker told a customer that their ice cream machine was out of order, and offered a coffee....10 minutes later another customer walked out with a tall twist in a cone, "say what!?"
