I never give McDonald's 5 stars on food, was busy so service was a little slow in my opinion, needed a code to use bathroom but I'd imagine goes with this part of town, was clean though. Manager was working a register and helping so I'd give him 5 stars, nice seeing a manager hoping in at busy times

The girl on speaker just sounds dry and unpleasant. If you don’t want to work go home. Then a Hispanic girl working the first window rudely told me to not ask for a cup of water at the window like it doesn’t take 3 seconds.. after the person at the speaker told me to ask said person for it. The crew working at 11:45 day time on 3/27 needs an attitude adjustment.

All the restaurants on Gallatin rd. are terrible because they transfer all the good employees to other locations and hire lazy and disrespectful people for the locations on Gallatin rd. We need to start reporting this. They want more money and get it but, still offer the same terrible

Domestic gray that I saw their name at the cashier says great family Mr Gray go make a incognito to your McDonald's restaurant to see your lousy management standing there talking loud and eating and they never clean the tables on the nasty customers they never clean after themselves or their lazy children I'm sorry to say you're a McDonald's is a part of the United States is not it's a nasty medicine garbage lowlife customers and low life management they speak different language all day dong loud they come in groups look at the dirty tables and they go back to the kitchen you need to reconsider if you want your decent customers come back
