Not the first time I've come through the drive thru well after time for them to be open & NO ONE answers! Lights in lot may or may not be on, apple pies never ready at open if you get an answer and the older lady running drive thru is quite slow for morning rush time! If your gonna have pple inside milling around during times ur supposed to be OPEN what do you think customers r gonna think? ? just saw three other plus myself get completely IGNORED AT DRIVE THRU!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ? guess I'll be going elsewhere!

Store does not stay open 24/7. Matterfact I I went through the drive-through a quarter till 11 and couldn’t get a voice. So after sitting there long enough to feel stupid I pulled off but I’m still, as we speak, sitting here in the parking lot. I pulled up to write a review or to, Re-Google, the hours ti make sure I wasn’t Trippin, and at least seven cars have already come through and did the same thing I did, sitting at the menu waiting for someone to appear. Only one person got Response that’s because the gentleman had said “hello” a couple times and the worker screamed at him, “ WE ARE CLOSED!!” Or maybe he didn’t scream it just was very loud through the speakers system.Oh and they just cut off all out side lights. Mcdonalds, let try and DO BETTER! Guess I’ll head to trusty ol Taco Bell. They would never

The staff ignores everyone that decides to come inside rather than go through the drive thru. I’ve tried multiple times just to pick up Uber eats delivery orders that I can see are ready and getting cold but the staff won’t acknowledge my existence. When after 5 or more minutes of standing there I dare to say excuse me can I pick up this order? I get an eye roll and a cold shoulder. Also, the entire time the black haired girl with tattoos was on her phone talking about target store pricing. Close the inside if you can’t get employees to run it and allow delivery drivers ti go through the drive thru.

There was actually a person at the register. She was very nice and helpful.The food was fresh.All the available tables were dirty. No one cleaned them the entire time we were there. The trash bin was overflowing.We had to ask for ketchup. None was available by the drink fountains nor at the counter.I'm glad we stopped by. A much needed repast!

Don’t come here or you will get mcfucked. Ordered a triple cheeseburger got 3 junior burgers and for the bun both sides was a JR sized bun and a large mocha frappe and got a medium.

Had to wait almost 20 mins for my curbside order. Had to go in and get while it was just sitting on the counter . Then the lady tried to say it didn’t let them know I was there . It has which spot I was at in my bag . Do better with service instead of lying .
