This McDonalds blares loud opera music outside nonstop. The music is awful, why must it be so loud?! Our entire neighborhood can hear it. I always feel unsafe every time I’m here. Not worth it, go to the one on 8th.

If you’re going to charge double for the same thing you can get at Hardee’s, at least let it be NOT MICROWAVED!!!!! Nothing is worse than a damn microwaved biscuit!

The food is always as expected. The service and stealing is what sucks. The prices on the menu is almost never what they actually charge. The last time I went, I ordered in the drive thru....the food and prices came up with the total on the screen....the person said to pull to the window....as I drove off I noticed that the prices on the screen jumped up and my total was actually more at the window. When I asked why I got sassed and my food shoved at me. I've been told all types of things at McDs....such as hashbrowns don't come with bfast combos and I'd have to pay extra for a hashbrown (hashbrowns do come with bfast combos). They always upcharge me for large drinks when I get a combo even though I didn't order it and I don't receive a large drink. Not to even mention when they forget part of my order and act like I'm burning their houses down when I bring it to their attention. Or I order a 20 piece nugg for the fam and only get 2 sauces?? Ordered a frozen blue raz drink once and apparently their machine wasn't freezing good but instead of just saying that, they handed me a mostly melted with a sad frozen chunk floating on the top. I just looked at her and said "really??". She knew....she didn't say a word, just threw it I the garbage and went to make another one. I've just completely stopped going to McDs.

The women that work at this McDonald's have some of the worst attitudes that I've ever encountered. They are extremely rude and provide awful customer service. They don't need more customer service training, they need jobs that don't allow them to work with the public.
