Last night, I walked into my hotel room and stepped on a paper menu from Napoli's. I liked the pizzas and salads that it offered. The joint offered delivery and takeout options. However, there were only two phone numbers mentioned. There was no physical address stated on this menu. It was odd. It also raised a red flag for me. As someone who does takeout more than delivery, it didn't seem right to not include a store address. I went online. I could not find a Napoli's in Nashville. Weird. I did a search for phone numbers instead. The first number got me to Lombardi's Pizza. It had an online site. The menu items matched what was on the menu, except that anything with the store name was changed. Lombardi's has a physical address of 2606 Nolensville Pike. I looked at Google Maps and this address points to Afro International Clothing. Huh? I then searched using the other phone number. It led me to this listing on Yelp. Judging from the majority of one-star ratings here, avoid this place at all costs. I can see why folks at this joint would target hotel guests. They typically would not know area well and would assume that Napoli's is a reputable pizza place. It apparently isn't. The menu has different font used on some items. It was likely changing the business name. It's essentially a recycled menu that was done unprofessionally. The trend that I see from these reviews is that the pizzas were cold and tasted like they had freezer burn. Folks waited for their orders for hours. People at Napoli's were fine yelling at customers when the latter asked about their orders. I don't get this business structure of clothing and pizza, with the latter being dismal. A potential customer should not spend this much time researching a business. Avoid to keep your sanity and money. I threw out the menu. I'm glad that I didn't fall for this place. (227)

call in order took 1 1/2 hrs to deliver, did not get whole order call back said 1-11/2 hrs never showed up. total bill 168.00 over charged by 40.00 dollar we order 5 pizza 2 calzones , 2 salads ripe off pizza place

DO NOT ORDER THIS FOOD. Now actually called Napoli's. This is by FAR the worst experience in my life. Called and ordered and I was told it would be a 30-40 minutes till delivery.. They were busy on the phone so I understood that and how they were probably flustered resulting in the sass on the phone. well it actually took TWO hours.. I was skeptical if it would ever come and started looking up the number I called and it was listed as this pizza place not Napoli's as the flyer said. They called me an hour and a half after I ordered and said it would be on the way and the total was $36 something. When the food arrived finally he started walking away without taking his phone as it was sitting on our pizza boxes. I then asked him how much I owed him and here's his phone and he told me $45. weird. Then we opened up the food and I found PLASTIC in my pizza. Not one but TWO pieces of "open here" tabs one of which I bit into actually cutting my cheek. The other one I found in another slice picking off cheese. I just threw the rest away at that point... I believe the delivery driver actually texted me after he delivered my pizza as it was a random hotmail number saying "Hi". Now they're texting me to order and they're open till 3:30... stop that it's annoying. If you're at any nearby hotel skip this place it's a hot scammy mess.

This restaurant menu was left under are hotel door. After a very long trip we decided to try it and were very disappointed with costumer service! Do not recommend however the food was ok but after an hour wait and given that the total was 15 dollars more than It should have been, I called and asked about the price difference the gentleman informed me they had a 5.99 delivery fee and didn't offer up any more information.

Known now as Nepoli's: we love everything from their customer service down to the food. They even gave us extra food just as a customer appreciation move!! We will definitely recommend, and use again. Make sure to tip them for their COVID-19 efforts, because they sure deserve it. Very good prices Great food Excellent customer service

Worst ever! I ordered a Stromboli and fried mushrooms to be delivered to my hotel. I received a medium pizza and fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were black, cold and soggy and the pizza was under cooked, short on the meat toppings I expected in my Stromboli and it was also cold. It was so bad it prompted me to rate it which I have never done despite traveling extensively and patronizing a wide range of food service establishments. Zero stars for this place all day, do t waste your money! The only reason I gave them one star is because I could not post without a star rating.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! I work in the service industry and this is service is THE WORST. They answer the phone but disrespect you on the phone, put you on hold then hang up, then take your money without delivery. They are STEALING!!! This BS. Never order from this place and calm the police, OSHA, and good services.

When we ordered our one pizza the guy on the phone said it'd be delivered "shortly", which I figured meant 20-30 mins. An hour later the delivery guy showed up, tried to charge us a $10 delivery fee and insisted we pay cash. Sketchy experience.

I LOVE their pizza. Fresh, hot, lots of toppings, and they have a wide variety of choices. Salads are also great!! Fried cheese sticks were just ok. Did not have much seasoning and were a tad overcooked in my opinion. Bread sticks are wonderful. the staff are very friendly and efficient.

Awful customer-service! Owner was rude over the phone, kept putting me on hold when I called and complained and hung up on me twice. Brought the wrong pizza after an hour and a half waiting for it! Took my money and ran out the door ! The worst pizza experience ever!!! Don't order from this scam place they call a pizzeria!! They suck!!

Dont waste your time the service is horrible and pizza is yuck! Embassy Suites guest don't get caught by these guys their horrible and a $12.99 pizza and two diet cokes were $26.00. Problem 2 wrong style pizza and regular cokes were delivered 1.5 hrs !

After placing my order I was told their credit card machine was down so I had to pay cash. I didn't have enough cash so I told them to cancel my order. He said the hotel I was staying at had an ATM machine and he would add a free dessert for the trouble so I agreed. I was told 45 mins. An hour and 15 mins later the food arrives without the promised dessert and all the food was room temperature. The wings were boneless and were more like chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. The appetizer cheese bread is just a small cheese pizza. Very disappointed and wished I had looked up their reviews before I ordered. I could have eaten at the hotel restaurant for cheaper, faster, and fresher food.

Ordered chicken wings and a small pizza. 3 wings out of the 20 were eaten when i opened the box. Frozen pizza at walmart will taste better than this garbage. Waited 1.5hrs for my order. All the sauces for my wings came spilled. Wings are the size of a baby carrot, dry as fuck. My order was only 28 but when he got here it was somehow 38. If you are staying at the Embassy hotel near nashville aiport, dont order from this garbage. Just go down staira and order food from the restaurant. Cleaner and alot cheaper than this bullshit. Stay away

I ordered a pizza at 7:50pm. They told me it would take between 1 hour and 1 hour and a half. As my pizza didn't arrive and it was 10pm, I called them again. They told me my pizza was coming. After waiting for 1 more hour, it was 11pm, I fell asleep. After this, I got a message at 3:43am, telling me that they were open and I could make an order...What happens with this people? They didn't bring the pizza and never called me to explain what happened or to apologize!!! After receiving the text, I replied telling them that i was still waiting for the pizza, but they never replied to apologize or explain what happened. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE.
