Pizza was decent but overpriced. The wings, however, were the worst I’ve ever had. Very little meat, crazy expensive, dry, and not saucy at all. Big bummer because I was excited to try this place, but wow. What a disappointment. For two pizzas and wings we spent $72. Should have just ordered papa John’s or something

Terrible customer service. Have had 2 separate incidents with two of their drivers being disrespectful and refusing to deliver to my handicapped boyfriend because they didn’t want to walk to the door, even though drop off door delivery is an option for ordering. There are better places in Nashville that will treat you better!

Ordered a Pizza that was to be delivered within 45 minutes. After an hour, we called and were told the order was on the way. An hour and 20 minutes after placing the order, we still had no pizza and called the restaurant again - we were told the driver was 10 minutes away. After 15 more minutes, we complained to the delivery app we used to order - they called for the third time and were told our order had not left and that it was because they were busy and the weather was poor (which it was earlier that night, but no longer at that point). We cannot comment on the food as we never received it. We understand them being busy and having delivery issues due to weather but do not find them lying acceptable at all.

Would give a zero if possible. We ordered a plain cheese pizza and 10 wings for delivery through grubhub which said it would be about 35-45 minutes. We received and update through the app that the food was on the way about 20 minutes after we ordered. About a half hour after that the food had not arrived yet, so we called just to get a status being that the restaurant is only about 8 minutes away. We were told on the phone that the driver was on the way and our food should arrive shortly. After another 20-30 minutes we called again and we’re told the driver was 10 minutes away even though the person on the phone did not contact the driver to confirm at all he basically just made up a time. After another 15-20 minutes we contacted grubhub support and they contacted the restaurant. They were told that the order had not left the restaurant due to it being busy and weather as there were storms however the storms had stopped an hour before all of this. We had the order cancelled as it was 11:30pm at this point and we had waited almost 2 hours. I understand being busy but do not lie to your customers. Can’t comment on the food but the lying was not appreciated at all and being told multiple times that our order was on the way when it hadn’t even left the store was ridiculous.

First let me say the wings were very good but the pizza was absolutely horrible. It had no sauce whatsoever. The topping were falling off. I don’t believe the lobby is open delivery

I truly can't review this place. I wanted to order a pizza for pickup after leaving St Thomas midtown. I drove to location on Google maps, no longer at address. I called to get directions and whoever answered, polite, but said they only have delivery. Nothing else. Also not at listed address. Someone needs to update all information on Google maps/Google. The pictures and menu looks great, but I live 40 miles from Nashville, don't want to pay delivery cost.

Ruined my first night in Nashville! Specifically ordered a pizza gluten free and without tomato sauce due to a gluten and tomato allergy. Pizza was gluten free but came with tomato sauce so after a 45 min wait I can’t eat my pizza. Here’s hoping they make it right and follow through with a refund. They also ran out of spinach hence why I didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes for a pizza that wasn’t what I wanted. If you have an allergy I’d definitely try somewhere else!6/27 Update: still waiting on that refund…

Fresh and a great tasting pizza! Not too much sauce and perfect amount of meats. The pizza wasn’t extremely greasy either! I highly recommend the meaty pizza!

Ordered pizza for delivery last night to hotel. Ordered at 7:15 and was given a 45 min time to receive my delivered pizza. At 7:50 I called to let them know we would be at the pool and not in the room when they deliver. After having to call back twice to not be hung up on she told me they didn’t have it and had to go “look” for it. She then found my order and told me it would be an hour before they could get to making it because they “had something big going on there”. I told her then to cancel my order and refund me. She said she would do so. At 9:20 we get a knock on our hotel room and the guy was there to deliver. We told him we cancelled it almost an hour and a half before. He called and spoke to the restaurant…not sure what was said because he spoke another language. After he got off phone he left the pizza with us as “complimentary”. We had no room to save it and ended up giving it to hotel staff. My card has been charged and yet to be refunded and cannot get any straight answers. I will be calling again when they open asking to speak to a manager. Slow service, poor poor customer service!
