First let me start by saying this was my first time coming here and the customer service was horrible . I went after 5 pm and the employees on the line was very impatient as I try figure out what I wanted to get. The lady who took my order was so impatient she wasn’t even trying to listen as I gave my order . Overall the employee customer service is what gave the low rating . Although I have been to this Moe’s several times since it’s right by my work, I did not have a good experience tonight. Ordered 3 entrees and a bowl of queso and received less than a half a bag of chips and NONE and the salsa or side sauces that I ordered. Super disappointed with our missing items tonight, especially since I had ordered ahead through the app.
