We got to Nashville at 7am and needed a place to have breakfast, 2 people suggested NashHouse, it was yummy! Love a good french toast. Probably would have enjoyed live entertainment so we'll have to come back when that's going on?

Nice little gem just off Broadway. Great food. Stage for live music and within walking from Bridgestone.

Nice place with lousy service. Beer took forever to arrive. Went with a work outing. Server said that they don't split checks. Excuse me? Stupid.

One of the best steaks ever eaten, great service, live music but not the crazy atmosphere that is around Broadway. Loved it and would highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I did not intend on going here but stumbled in out of the cold weather since we’d left our original place and this was the closest thing nearby. It’s one of the typical Nashville live music establishments where the music is so loud you can barely converse with each other. It was about 9pm when we arrived and it was pretty crowded, also predators game had just ended so there were quite a bit of people from the game and then mostly tourist groups. The menu is very typical southern comfort food and I wouldn’t normally order wine at a place like this but we’d planned to have steak and wine that night, so we stuck to the plan. That was a mistake… We both got Angus prime filets cooked medium and medium rare with mashed potatoes, macaroni and okra. It took a solid hour for us to be served our food. Our steaks were two completely different sizes, absolutely not 8oz steaks (I know how the sizing works once cooked) but one was way smaller in thickness and overall size than the other. My steak was completely well done, not even edible. My boyfriend’s was medium well, definitely not medium rare. He didn’t get his macaroni but was given asparagus which wasn’t even on the menu? Even if the steaks were cooked correctly, there was absolutely no flavor to them.We ate maybe 5 bites each of our meals and just couldn’t it anymore. They comped my steak for it not being cooked correctly and I didn’t want to be difficult and request another one. Even with they comped the total was still $100. The waiter was a really young guy, barely spoke and seemed to not really know the menu or what was going on, but he’s not to blame for the poor delivery of food or quality.Massive let down. I’m sure this is a good spot for some beers and maybe a burger if you wanna go in somewhere after a game and listen to live music.Parking: This is one of those places you’ll have to take an Uber to. Or stumble into here if you’re walking around the area

We ate supper and it was a open night for college performers. Positive vibes when we initially were seated but the waitress towards end of service failed to bring our check back. We upfront asked for split tickets as I was on a work trip and needed mine printed separately. We waited and waited finally having to flag her down to get it and she’s like oops it was in my pocket and I forgot. The fried pickles were good but my chicken steak with the stuffing wasn’t great . The stuffing tasted like it bad been scrapped off of an old dish that had been sitting all day . I didn’t care for the onion flavors in it but some might my biggest complaint was how hard and dried out the edges were . I would go back for appetizers and drinks but not go order a meal again.

The food was average at best. The atmosphere is probably nice when they have live music, but it was dead when we were in. They have a sister restaurant with the same menu, didn’t know it until we were seated and then we saw what was on it.

It started with cold appetizers. After 20 mins of no drinks we complained to our server. Then the manager approached and told us we’d been overserved which was hilarious for many reasons. It was 9 pm, we’re four 45 yo VP+ professionals, two military, three masters degrees, one Dr. Not that degrees or status make you less of an a-hole, but just trying to establish character. Then they told us we needed to leave when I could have done a cartwheel on a straight line. It was outrageous and retaliatory for asking about our drinks multiple times. I’ve never been cut off in my life. And I don’t write reviews. Stay away! P.S. I wrote this review in my “overserved” state.

I got the chicken fried chicken! The biscuit was fluffy, chicken was extra crispy, and the fried onions on top were seasoned beautifully. I'm super happy I stopped in here after my stay at The Cambria. My server Dra was amazing, never lose her! She was on top of everything and super kind. Ask for her when you stop in! Thanks guys. Much love from St. Louis
