I took an out of town guest. I have had two good experiences there with the Turkey and Avocado Club. The fries were cold and the sandwich was nothing like it had been. I do not recommend this menu item. The whole experience was disappointing.

Who knew there was a restaurant inside of Nordstrom? The food really wasn't terrible and the vibe is quite fun. I enjoyed the french dip but I did not enjoy the ginger sesame salad. The service was atrocious and I saw a guest walk out because her food was taking too long. I would probably never go back unless I was shopping in the men's sneaker department in Nordstrom and I was so hungry I couldn't wait to walk up to the North Italia. 4.5/10

Eclectic menu, with excellent appetizer and salad options, plus just the right balance of less formal (such as burgers and sandwiches) and more formal options (including wild salmon oscar and portobella mushroom ravioli), as well as enticing dessert options (i loved the bread pudding while my wife praised the creme brule), highly recommended.

Thank you for such a beautiful afternoon. The three of us ladies get together two times a year and this year we decided it would be at the Nordstrom‘s restaurant. Miguel took impeccable care of us. He is very professional and kind, the food was absolutely delicious, and the white wine was superb. Kimberly, The manager, came out and spoke to us and thanked us for coming. If you want a special meal with delicious choices and unique choices in a nice upscale atmosphere, this is the place ❤️

My waiter took my order and I never saw him again. Other waiters brought my food. My drink was completely empty and I would have loved more tea. Finally waves him down for my

Really big disappointment. Went for Sunday brunch. I ordered the michelada and my husband got the Bloody Mary. Mine was to come with a shrimp garnish, his with a bacon garnish. When they came out both only had a stalk of celery and the server said they were out of garnishes. Ok, no biggie, we paid the full cost but didn't get the full product. Ordered the calamari. Flavor was on point and the aioli was delish. However the plating of the calamari was a mess. It looked like a child had simply thrown a handful of calamari on a plate. I got the Benedict with crab which came with roasted fingerling potatoes and a simple salad. The Benedict was good, nothing to write home about. The potatoes were room temp and a tad undercooked. The simple salad was dressed well and flavorful. The most disastrous dish was the chicken sausage with herb biscuits and gravy. It was so herb forward I could not eat it if I had to. My husband ate it but didn't like it but we were starving and rushed for time. All three elements, the chicken, the gravy and the biscuits were so herb flavored it was disgusting. The chicken sausage was also like chicken jerky patties. They were so dry and chewy. The server was very nice and attentive. We paid almost $100 for brunch that was worth about $35. I do not recommend anything other than the michelada as it was very good, but hopefully you'll get your shrimp garnish.

The most non-Nordstrom experience of my entire life. I worked at Nordstrom for ten years and have shopped there for over 40 years. Walked in here today for a glass of wine and what a disaster. Was one of four customers in the restaurant. Wasn’t greeted, had to seek the host (who was playing on his phone). Seated myself. Waited ten minutes and finally went back to the host to find out how to place an order. Meanwhile, 7 employees were in the immediate area. All were staring at their phones and ignoring each other and customers. After finally receiving my order, I asked to immediately check out. Server came back with my bill, threw it on the counter and said “no problem” out of nowhere. I repeated it back to her like a question, but she just sulked away back to the phone viewing corner.Total fail. Whoever manages this store, come to the basement and fix this up. Or take the Nordstrom name off of this as it does the brand and reputation more damage than good.

A very convenient place to dine when you need energized after shopping. The food was great (I ordered a sandwich and a cup of tomato soup.), I loved their usage of various herbs and condiments. Very flavorful. The interior was nice and chic, enjoyed the calm environment for the whole time I was here.

This used to be the best kept secret at Nordstrom. Downstairs chef inspired dishes called the grill. Visited yesterday for the first time in several years and what a huge disappointment. Majority of the wait staff were sitting in the dining room on their cell phones since last lunch was over and this was mid afternoon. They were not prepared for guests to continue dining. I waited 35 minutes for a wilted turkey club sandwich. I had to track the server down to get my check so that I could pay and leave. Not up to standard Nordstroms!

My beef dip sandwich was fantastic as usual. Food is so good. My only problem was with the service. Our server walked upon us being seated and said, “what would you like”! I replied, that we'd like some tea and a moment to look at the menu. He brought the drinks and we ordered. Great food. He stood around 17 minutes after he removed our plates and talked to other staff. We finally stood up and I had to ask for the check. People just don't care anymore!

We went here tonight. The place was rather empty. With high prices and sub par food, it's no wonder. I will say the server was very delightful and attentive filling our tea glasses many times. We started with "signature" chicken pot pie soup. It was thick more or less like chicken gravy. I suggested they serve it over a biscuit. Some might like that, but didn't have many veggies except pros which don't like. Next we move on to appetizer of deep fried chicken tacos. 2 for 9. Very small. Street size tacos. They were good but not as good but I would not go out of my way for them. Next, my companion got chicken cilantro lime salad $18. I had a Nordstrom burger. I asked for medium rare. It was raw. I sent it back after cutting it in half. I'm pretty sure there is a law about returning a plate to the customer after going back to the kitchen. Nevertheless, here comes the burger back again, and although better, still some was raw. How do you cook a burger with some parts cooked and others raw? Half off the heat? Don't understand that one. The highlight of the plate was the sweet potato fries. They were excellent as well as one tiny dollup of spicy sauce. It is a nice space with black and white photos on the walls. Kind of a 40's vibe. Not sure about patrons at the entrance with their feet up across the adjacent bar stools. Not very classy. We were't expecting much and Nordstrom delivered that. It was almost $100.. I hope the wonderful waitress gets a better job!

Love coming here when I need a pick-me-up while shopping. And a little liquid courage to spend a few extra bucks haha. Food is great and their drinks are good too.

It’s a hidden restaurant inside the mall, very poor variety, the food taste horrible, too expensive on the quality and quantity. Even the salad is very poor. If you have to eat there just grab a sandwich but know that you will get a fast food sandwich with premium restaurants prices.
