love this place but I went in today bought 2 dozen buntinis spending over 60 dollars I asked for bag to carry them in as I was taking them to the hospital to the nurses and staff caring for my mom already checked out they wanted to charge me another 2 dollars extra for bag.... that's ridiculous when I spoke with manager she said "I don't make the rules" and "have a good day"

I placed an order for pickup on Saturday. I received a call at 2:53 pm that the store was closing at 4 pm and they didn't want me to miss picking up my cake. I told her I was eating and that it would be right at 4 when I got there. I was in the door at 2:55 told her I had a pickup order, while she got it I looked in the case and ask a few questions about buying more and if I had to do assorted on bundles, etc. She was not helpful so I just got a single receipt time 03:58. I had someone else that came in with me that was also trying to order that had never been to a store. Emma was very rushy and unhelpful and said more than once we are closing. She got in front of me on the way out the door to hold it open so she could lock it. I understand being ready to get out the door and the weather has been crap, but she was getting to close 3 hours early so if she had to hang out 1 or 2 minutes after closing it wasn't going to kill her. The cakes were great, but the service left a lot to be desired.

Per the receipt the young lady that assisted me her name is Sariya L. This young lady was very helpful and patient as they were about to close and I wanted my niece to pick out her a small birthday cake. She narrowed it down to the Strawberries & Cream lol but I just want to let this young lady know how much I appreciate her kindness and helpfulness. I think she is what every delicious cake place needs when you walk in a smiling, helpful, kind place. This young lady customer service is top tier Great job and keep up the nice work!

The associate was very rude, when she approached the counter from being in the back she did not acknowledge me or the other two ladies that were waiting with a “hello” or welcome. She just yelled “who has a call in order” in which we all looked confused and said “no”. Without a beat she then went on to say “whoever is next” and took my order very rudely. When I asked her for the Blueberry Bliss cake she rolled her eyes and said “I just cut it…I have to box it”. In the middle of her sentence another associate walked up and says “I can help the next customer” as if I’m not standing there. Because of this I have to walk to the next register even though I was being served. No “ excuse me” no “ ma’am please wait”. As I walk over to the next register with my snickerdoodle Bundt cake she says “so you do want the blueberry” even though I had previously stated that I did. At the point someone in the back brought out more cakes and placed them in the presentation box. I was then handed the blueberry one as well. My total was not stated to me, nor was there any further words. I only knew my price because it was showing on the register. After my purchase there was no “thank you” or “enjoy” …. Only a dry “here you go”. I’m a hardworking adult, I refuse to spend my money in places that don’t appreciate it.

My friend from out of state DoorDashed me a bundlet tower from this location and the cakes were SO good. The confetti flavor is perfect for a birthday! All the cakes were so soft and delicious with the cream cheese frosting! And the tower was cutely wrapped! The best gift. Now I can’t wait to visit Nothing Bundt Cakes myself!
