I was visiting Nashville for the first time and wanted to go to a bar that had interesting high quality cocktails with pure ingredients. One More delivered.I stayed for many hours sampling the nice menu. I was by myself, hanging out for a couple hours before my show. I chatted with Kory and enjoyed myself. Great service even when they started getting busy. As a person that has been in the service industry, it's clear Kory cared about the guests and making a fine cocktail.While you may spend some money here, it's worth every penny in my mind. When you go, order the smoky Manhattan or I made the name 'Smoky Night'.Thanks Kory and team!

The most PERFECT bar when you need a quieter setting off Broadway. The cocktails were literally some of the best I've ever had. Went two nights in a row with a smaller or larger (22 person) group. Everyone kept raving about their drinks. Will always recommend one more cocktail club to friends visiting Nashville.

Went when this place was fairly new, it was not overly crowded. Enjoyed trying to find this hidden gem, and the direction to it felt like a scavenger hunt ?. Decorations were beautiful. I enjoyed our drinks as it did not fall short of
On the scale of speakeasy cocktail bars, I think the bar hits the nail on the head with the mixologist crafted drinks but location is lacking for that atmosphere. The bar is situated over Assembly Food Hall at Fifth and Broadway, and it is fairly difficult to find. Obviously no free parking available in this area, standard for downtown Nashville. The bar is fairly small and was empty at 6 PM on a Friday night when I went, which I thought was strange. It's tough to find a time to visit because they are only open Friday and Saturday nights. The mixologists/bartenders were kind and were fun to learn from as they crafted our drinks, all of which were unique and delicious.The biggest downside of the place is that it's located on the other side of the Skydeck concert venue, which makes it LOUD. The place was literally vibrating and it really took away from the cool speakeasy vibe.

At One More they know their cocktails! For the non-cocktail folks they also have a selection of beer and wine as well though. You'll find One More near the escalators on the upper floor near Sixty Vines in Assembly Food Hall. It does have a feel of a speakeasy which is super fun and once inside the setting is intimate. The millionaire's margarita and the orange whip were the drinks we ordered and we were really happy with both. There's a bit of a show for the Orange Whip as it has roasted cinnamon and they use a flame and do it at the table. It was a great show! We enjoyed our time here a lot.
