Outback and Carrabba’s are owned by the same parent company. We love the fact that you can spurge at either of these restaurants because they both have some great specials. The limited time steak and lobster special caught our attention so we came to this beautiful location. Everything was great except the timing on our entrees was off. The simple salmon was fine but the steak and lobster was not warm enough. I had to send the steak back to warm it up and get it to the desired level of medium rare plus and then it came out well done. The staff and managers were great and asked how everything was but I didn’t complain. The complimentary bread is always good, salads were excellent and one baked potato was great the other wasn’t. For the price I would gladly comeback but we may order our entrees separately.

I try to visit outback at least once a week to see my favorite bartender Naudia. She is just a joy! I also go to see Dakota. He provides great service and is a great conversationalist! Go and see them. Today I got the coconut shrimp appetizer for lunch. The shrimp were cooked to perfection. I will be back! Five stars!

We were seated by the front door which kept opening and bringing in the cold air. Took over an hour to get our food. We were told the blooming onions were smaller than usual, but no discount was offered. They ran out of baked potatoes so two of us couldn’t get them. Had to ask repeatedly for drink refills and 3-4 times for bread. I ordered the steak and lobster. The steak came out less than room temp and the lobster came out almost cold. Sent an item back bc it had hot peppers on top, and got it back half cooked- so the inside was raw and could not be eaten as it was. This was our second visit within the past two months. I had higher hopes this time thinking maybe last time was a one off fluke. Will not be returning.

We took advantage of the steak and lobster special and were not disappointed. Although we dined at late afternoon time around 3:30-4pm, the food was freshly prepared, cooked as ordered and our server attentive to be most accommodating. She even help get us an order of (onion) "blooming petals" that for some unknown reason outback took off their menu. She was awesome! We've dined at this particular outback before, maybe a year ago or so and it was really good then too. So this outback has it going on and we'll definitely considering returning again and recommending this location.
Currently sitting in a booth by the bar and our waiter is not attentive at all. It took him 10 minutes to bring our drinks. We are 1 of 3 tables he has and it’s slow. We also ordered a half half tea and when it came time for refills he asked what we had and we told him. He said well I brought sweet and proceeded to fill our glasses. Didn’t even offer to get us a new drink. Also the guy doesn’t know what they do and don’t have in stock. First he said they have no mash potatoes. Then our food comes and they forgot the baked potato he comes back and says they’re out but THEY HAVE mash potatoes. We will not be returning to this location.

Four of us just left this Outback. We got seated and literally sat there forever while no one came to greet us or take a drink order. We watched other parties come in after us, get their orders taken, and have their drinks served. We kept looking around at the mostly empty dining room unable to get anyone’s attention. There were servers sitting at a back table conversing with someone they appeared to know. We let the hostess know we were leaving cause there were no servers. She said yes there are servers, but didn’t really have much to say when we said we had been sitting all this time and no one came to greet us. We stood outside the front doors for about 10 mins searching for somewhere else to eat. You would think if a manger was present they would invite us back in. This was about as bad as it could get. We tried to eat here a few weeks ago but the place was closed due to plumbing issues. Maybe it’s time to close this location.
Service. Food. Chopped salad was not fresh. Steak was tough and too salty. Services was inattentive.
No hostess or bartender there. Even went to the bathroom still neither.
