This is the first bad experience I have ever had at an Outback Restaurant. It took awhile to get waited on and then our drinks came out after our salad. My steak was awful, I have never asked for steak sauce at an Outback before but this time I did, and it did not help. Also my griled shrimp were still gray, I am sure they were not properly cooked. I did not want to cause a scene since we were celebrating a Birthday. The best part of my meal was my Salad! Will not visit the Outback at Rivergate again! ?

Perfect place for date night and family night. Nice and clean atmosphere. They have a mobile check-in to have your table ready. The food is most exquisite, especially if you're looking for surf and turf menu items and they run great sales starting at $19.99. You definitely will not be disappointed.

Tonight me and my sister ate dinner at Outback and our server was Gabriel. He was absolutely phenomenal. We didn't have to ask for anything and he was so kind. He was so proactive in asking and not too much or too often.
The server messed up but the manager made it right.Erthang cool with Outback!!

The food was good and the service was outstanding. Haven't been to outback in a while because we moved to hendersonville and it's a bit of a drive. But after tonight, we'd be willing to make the drive for no other reason than the service. Our waiter was so polite and nice. His charisma and charm was the epitome of what customer service should be. March 22nd 830 pm. Thank you Gabriel for making our experience a pleasure. We will be back and definitely request you.

The 3 course special is a good deal. My steak was medium rare as opposed to rare, however, the manager quickly replaced it and it was good. The server was not overly friendly and seemed annoyed at times. It was still a pleasurable meal.
I tried the Prime Rib. Probably won't do that again here. It was a good portion, but the meat was tough and the fat around the edges was inedible. I have had much better at different restaurant in the area. The wedge salad was excellent. My teenage son usually devours fries but did not like them at all. Overall, it was underwhelming for the price of the dinner for two.
