The fresh margaritas, chips, salsa, and queso at Pancho and Lefty‘s are next level good. Not to mention, the Adobo Chicken taco, which has been my favorite since 2017. I could seriously eat here like once a week and be super happy. I sat at the bar for a spontaneous Friday Happy Hour. The music and the vibe is fantastic, and the bartenders and clientele are nice. I wasn't feeling very well , but I was hungry so I had the chicken quesadilla.it was delicious!!the dip for the chips was great! ,not too spicy.My server was great too. I don't remember his name, but when I go back there I will Ask for him to be my server again.
