Not to be a hater but bruh I pay for a salad and I didn’t even get half of the dressing. Like I think they ran out and just put dressing on the cap to make it look like is full. Plus the drive thru lady took forever.

Update your location so people stop being directed to the pediatric ER room. It is not acceptable or fair to their staff or patients.

Its a hospital not a restaurant.

This place is supposed to be open to midnight, but they're always closing early. Change the hours if you can't staff accordingly.

Don’t count on trying to get a late night snack here as they constantly close an hour or more earlier than they’re supposed to.

Long wait for hardly any food for a premium price. Located in the food court in the connector tower/atrium area on the other side of where the pin shows.

Terrible - I keep giving them a chance and they continue to fail in providing the food I ordered. I order delivery a lot and almost always have at least 1 item missing from this store. Happened again today - and like the other times no one ever answers the phone when I call and try to resolve - it rings so long it just hangs up. Im done with this place. Terrible to pay for something, not get it, and not be able to talk to anyone to resolve it.

This Panera is terrible especially with it being inside of a hospital. Night time is the worst. Went in to place an order there were 2 employees, one in the kitchen and another young girl at the front. As I'm standing there waiting for my order to be placed I was not acknowledged at all. The young girl looked at me and walked past me twice without saying anything. Finally I asked in the kitchen was someone there to take my order. The man working in the kitchen told me I had to place my order on the kiosk. So why wasn't I told this by the young lady who works there and walked pass me twice? After placing my order I left and came back to see 3 people waiting in line looking confused like me. The man working in the kitchen is just looking at them. I had to tell these customers who were about to spend their money on this horrible food that they had to go to the kiosk to place their order. This is ridiculous. How is a customer supposed to know how to order food with no direction or sign to say where or how to order. Workers just standing there looking at customers waiting is maddening

So, as others have mentioned, this Panera is located inside a pediatric ER. My wife didn’t realize that when she placed an online order, but I discovered it when I went to pick it up. It was a bit of a trek to go from the parking lot up to the location but nothing too taxing, plus the atrium nearby was a nice place to sit and wait.About that wait though - it was extensive; nearly a half hour, not including the time it took to drive over to the place and walk from the car. Here’s the other thing though - this was my first time at this location, and honestly my first time at a Panera in general. When I walked in it was like a mosh pit: people crammed everywhere, no discernible line, and nothing about how to grab a pickup order. Between having to walk through an ER and the utter chaos that I encountered in the store, I was seriously confused.I went over to what appeared to be an open kitchen, with a couple of people making sandwiches and stuff, and I figured rather than wait on a long and almost impossible to detect line to get to the counter, I’d politely ask where I should look for a pickup order. The response was unbelievably rude and condescending, and along the lines of, “sir I have 25 orders to deal with now, it’ll be ready at some point”. Not what I asked! Also, I’m in a damn children’s hospital. You don’t know why I’m there - you could also assume that I’m not just some rando whose spouse accidentally placed an online order at a restaurant in an ER (you’d be wrong in this case, but just think about the odds). Maybe some kindness to the clientele would be nice, not just in general but especially considering the setting.Bad experience all around, and a terrible introduction to Panera.

Dirty. Floor was covered with food scraps. Asked for a cloth to wipe dirty table down. Instead they would send someone to clean it-never happened. Warm your food on a self serve microwave.

Do not go here at night. I made an order and it was canceled one of the staff members told me the kitchen closed we are no longer serving out the kitchen they close at 12:00 am and I made the order at 11:15 pm. I asked them will I get my money back they said we don’t know but if I got a problem with that they will call security to get me out the store. I just left and had to Dispute the charger with my bank. Terrible night service.
