This location has the worst service among all Panera locations nearby. Also the recent 1$ soup with coupon code “SOUP” is a scam. They water down the soup by 50% and it tastes pathetic. Never trying that again.

The employees here are severely lacking in professionalism and hustle. Also, the inside of this location is always messy. Go to a different Panera. This one is a disgrace.

Really delicious food, I got some soup (something with rice and chicken I forget not ?) it was very delicious but it was spicy and I somehow missed that it was spicy. Which is fine I like some spicy food. I did end up adding sour cream to mine and it cooled it down some. My husband got the spicy chicken sandwich (the new one) he said it was delicious. He has never been a fan of soup and sandwiches especially the style of sandwiches that Panera bread has. So, having this option he is now willing to go to Panera ??!!! Which is exciting. They had my order ready quickly and all my cups in a drink carrier to make it easy for me to get them and carry them out. They also remembered silverware and other things like crackers and things which I really appreciate in a restaurant.
I paid $19.97 for this skimpy bowl that lacked sauce, a fountain drink, and a brownie. I should've checked the bag, but I got home and noticed the brownie was not in the bag. 100% disappointed in this whole order.

Panera is a good place to stop for a quick bite and a good cup of coffee but you never know if they're going to have strawberries or any other ingredient for your food especially at this location. This happens to me quite frequently here. Too bad there's not a Starbucks close by. ? Follow me for more reviews.

I saw a small roach running along the shelf where they place our online pick-up orders. And someone’s to go order was sitting there. By the time I grabbed my phone to film, it went up the wall behind their bag of food and ducked into a crevice, but now I can’t eat my turkey sandwich. Small roaches are always a sign of uncleanliness and tbh, it was too close to the kitchen for me. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just bowed out silently. Once I physically see something like that, I can’t eat at this particular location anymore. Lesson learned.
