IT WAS THE WORST PIZZA THAT WE HAVE HAD IN A LONG, LONG TIME. ORDERED THE STUFFED CRUST VEGETABLE PIZZA. NEXT TO NO VEGETABLES, SAUCE OR CHEESE. THE PIZZA WAS NOT WORTH THE EXPENSIVE COST BY NO MEANS. COMPARED TO OTHER PIZZA PLACES THIS WAS A BOMBMER. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

I went to go get my carry out order. She handed me the wrong order. I told her it was incorrect and she handed me the correct box. I went to my car and realize that she gave me the wrong sauce. So, I went inside and ask for the correct sauce. She responded with a defensive nasty attitude that I put marinara on my box. As you can clearly see from the photo, it says garlic cup. She then rolled her eyes and huffed to the back to get my sauce. I told her if it’s that big of a deal I will pay for it. She then shoved the sauce to me. I went to my car and grabbed the marinara sauce to bring it back in since she made such a fuss about it. When I went in, she said she doesn’t want it because I went outside. I said it was in the box untouched so here you go. I placed it on the counter. As I was walking out, she threw the marinara sauce at me. I turn around and let her know she wouldn’t have a job soon. So, I wouldn’t recommend going to this store for any reason. Oh the best part is she lied about her name being Joey. She’s a medium height lady with shortish blonde hair.

My papadia was burnt on the edges and there was hardly any cheese in it. Maybe I just won't order from that particular location, because the others have been fine.

This location often messes up our online orders. It has happened Several times! Today, all of the cheese of a cheese pizza was pushed to one side of the pizza. I would post a picture but there isn't an option. Do yourself a favor and go to Slim and Husky’s! Exceptional pizza for about the same pricing with much better service, but this PJ’s isn’t hard to beat.

This papa John's is rough. Our dasher has been waiting outside the store for 30 minutes for our pizza. On the phone trying to get through to a manager to ask when our pizza might be ready (feel bad for the dasher), and the phone finally connected and then hung up instantly.

Made an order 3 hours in advance of a delivery time that was more than 1.5 hours in advance of a nurse / caretaker leaving for the day. Both of us spent almost 45 minutes on the phone on hold starting 15 minutes following the intended delivery time trying to track down the status of the order. One of us finally got thru to an off-shore call center that verified, yes, we did make the order. Another finally got someone to answer the manager number that identified that they are now using Door Dash and can no longer verify delivery time. Will NEVER use this location again, and I will not be eating the order whether it's delivered or not since I can't currently answer the door or bring the food inside.
Great people & location, so don’t call or order for delivery…just order for pickup & no problem!

They no longer have actual delivery drivers so if you order food for a specific time they cant gaurantee that time and it's super frustrating when you need to eat before a certain time. Their staff is also not understanding and can be quite rude when you ask for updates

Made an online order for delivery 3 hours earlier for a time 1.5 hours prior to when a caretaker (post-surgery) would leave my location. Spent 45 minutes on hold trying to get status of order, only to finally speak with someone well over an hour after intended delivery time to verify the food had just been finished, but they are now using Door Dash to deliver so they could not guarantee a time. Explained situation, and was told to call back. Did 15 minutes later to someone else that immediately stated "I Don't Care" when I ask for an update and tried to explain my situation. This place needs to be shut down, and the 2nd person should be unemployed forever.

so all reviews are customers. now let me tell what happens as a former employee. they are underpaid and understaffed. so that makes the errors probability 100% the tips in town isn't good so don't even expect good delivery service ?? papa johns

Received the wrong pizza after quoted delivery time. Called the restaurant multiple times to be put on hold without speaking to anyone. Problem never resolved. Waste of money because 1 of my kids won't eat meat and my cheese pizza had pepperoni and sausage on it. Terrible management of a usually good
