Ordered a Tuscan six cheese, got a regular cheese, also pizza Is an art, the pizza I received looked poorly put together for the price. A frozen pizza from kroger looks better. I understand that the pay may not be all that, but take pride in your work. Presentation is everything. Other than that, the delivery driver was fast professional and cordial.

They had the wrong pizza delivered to me, then wouldn't answer their phone. I drove up there while on "hold" (someone answered at some point and said pleas hold) and I was still on hold when I showed up 15 min later. They had the phone off the hook and were busy talking to a random Asian lady that didn't work there. Awful. The end of Papa johns at this location for me.

This place has the best family staff!! And the food is excellent. The atmosphere is small. But this is mostly take out. You can eat in the restaurant if you like. The booths are comfortable, and staff will interact in conversation as long as they are not busy.

Incredible service! Best in Nashville. The crew working didn't have my order fully ready when I arrive for pickup, but they communicated with me AND let me quality check my order! Plus, the restaurant was clean and the crew was kind.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful. She sent the complete wrong order to my address and when I contacted the store she had a nasty nonchalant attitude. No accountability whatsoever. Had the nerve to argue with me as if and online order does not show on the screen in black and white. They should close this awful place and replace it with a marcos pizza.

What is this? I ordered the cheese sticks and this is dough that's so flat and thin, its crispy and barely any cheese on top. The pizza doesn't have ingredients that reach where they should on the crust. This location has slowly been going downhill and I'll just order from a farther away location from now on. This is ridiculous.

Placed a delivery order on Halloween night but it was never delivered. Drove to the store because no one answered the phone, and they had two employees working the entire store. They were very tired and overwhelmed with the workload and lots of customers standing and waiting. The cashier (who was also making pizzas), was helpful in refunding our order. Sadly, our food had been made over an hour earlier and was sitting on a shelf after the driver simply didn’t pick it up. $45 including the tip and delivery fee had to be refunded.
This will be the last time I order from them. I keep giving them more chances to show that they can read an order properly, but every delivery I get the order is wrong. They don't put garlic sauce in, even when you PAY for extra cups. Don't order from here, you won't get what you ordered.

I have ordered from here twice, both times it has had next to no sauce or cheese/toppings and the crust is hard like a brick. Not sure what's up, I've never seen Papa John's pizza be this bad before.
