Ordered pizza to be delivered to my hotel room, left delivery instructions with room number. They were not followed. They left my food at the front desk and 20 minutes after that, I finally got my cold order..... called and tried to complain and was hung up on. If you want good service and food, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!

I ordered on line & received a text message my food was ready, got there it wasn’t! Had to ask twice about my order & the last time the girl said she doesn’t have any control of the line! First of if the food isn’t done a text shouldn’t be sent out prematurely! Second of all the store was dirty, the workers stood around talking, in & out of the store, no manners to even say excuse me like just run me over! Never saw anyone wash their hands at all! Finally got my food & got home the pizza was a little doughy & the wings wasn’t done all the way! I’ll never step foot in this establishment again the worst customer service, nasty workers & food I’ve ever had at a Papa John’s!!!

Put in an order of pizza and wings for delivery. Forever later they passed my order to a delivery service who showed up with the wings but no pizza. Delivery person said that is all they gave him and to call the store. Called the store and the manager was rude and unapologetic. Said the pizza would be to us in 30 minutes. Another couple hours later a cold pizza is outside my door. No knock or interaction. Wife and kids who were waiting for the pizza fell asleep. So many other options…skip this place. Love Papa John’s , dislike this store location.

Terrible service. Came in for my order and stood there without being asked anything. The lady behind the counter saw me and did not even acknowledge me. Finally someone asked how they may help me. Worst Papa Johns I’ve ever been too.
if i could give this place a zero, i would. ordered a pizza, breadsticks, cheese sticks, and a two liter AN HOUR before i wanted it delivered. not a huge order, right? it was supposed to be delivered at 6:30. at 6:45, i decided to call them to see where my pizza was. the manager had to LOOK for my pizza, after which she said she THOUGHT it was still in the oven. 30 minutes later, i called again. my call was denied, the first time. i called again, and they said the delivery driver had just left 20 minutes ago. mind you, this papa johns is like 10 minutes from where i was. so then the driver, who was very kind and is in no way at fault for this, told me that the address she received had taken her to the wrong place. how that happened, i will never know, because i tried the address and it took me exactly where it was supposed to. anyways, i gave her the correct address and she made it to me in a decent amount of time. i finally got my pizza at 7:35. so sierra from papa johns in west end, thank you for being so kind, but the rest of papa johns, yall need to get your business together before you don't have it anymore. ain't no reason my relatively normal order should have taken an hour and a half to get to me.

The fact that This many people have had Issues including me, with this location, is very absurd. Nothing has changed and it doesn't seem like it will, honestly just talk to whomever you have in the kitchen, or find new staff. Alot of us are very understanding when it comes to food service, but there is no excuse when issues like this keep happening. Nobody has the money to keep going through this

The pizzas fine but tell your delivery driver with the Lexus to calm it down on the loud music. I live across the road and he’s blasting his music way after midnight when doing deliveries
