I ordered a 6 cheese Tuscan pizza from Uber Eats And when I got the pizza, it looked dry and old, and then looked like it was 6 cheeses on it, so I took it back and Lacey made me a fresh pizza.

I ordered a Garlic sauce stuffed crust with extra sauce and well done cook. Paid close to $35 after tipping the driver. The pizza looked like a 7 year old cut it. It was definitely not well done and the extra sauce that I ordered was more like triple sauce. So much so the entire center was soggy and slices just fell apart. Oh and best part, they forgot to put the garlic sauce in the crust. Complete and utter fail.

I had a really bad day, and I did not look at my address closely. My address is very fickled in apps. The door dash delivery driver did not speak English and did not help when I discovered the problem. He delivered my pizza to the wrong address and refused to help.However, Sarah, at the local store, understood and remade my pizza and had it delivered.I want to sincerely thank her for caring and making it right instead of saying it was my fault and not her problem.That's what turns customers into a loyal customer!Thank you, Sarah!

Placed my order at 9:30 for an 11:00 delivery for my lunch at work. Got the confirmation email and was told all was handled after pre-paying my order. Then at 11am there is no pizza and I receive a call from PJs customer service line saying due to store issues. They decided to cancel my order after already taking my money. Yea I'll get it back in a week when it processes through. But you really had to wait till the moment it's supposed to be delivered to tell me your not even starting my order? I could have actually had food for lunch instead of being screwed over because you guys can't manage a pepperoni pizza

If I could give 0 stars I would ordered a pizza at 4pm 745 still no pizza, they only use door dash delivery and they don't speak English or carry change so if u don't have an exact change THEY STEAL. IM GOING TO BBB HEH THIS PLACE SURE IS TAKING AFTER ITS OLD SPOKESPERSON.

I ordered pizza for dinner. I wanted a small pizza with bbq sauce, light cheese, chicken, spinach, and extra roma tomatoes. What I received was a cheese pizza with spinach and bbq sauce. No chicken or tomatoes. I thought it was no big deal, mistakes happen and I’ll just ask for a replacement pizza. I called and this store said they’d send out a replacement. Well cut to an hour later and I still don’t have my pizza; I call again and get hung up on twice. I called a third time and at the writing of this review I’ve been placed on hold for 20 minutes. I really think this is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. If the store manager sees this review, I’d very much like to speak to you about your staff and would like a refund for my pizza.

My boyfriend and I started ordering from here as our usual place is "temporarily " closed and domino's was awful. However, I have now been waiting for an hour and a half for my order to be delivered and nada... I called at an hour out, 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and the gentleman who answered was all over it.... just called back at 55 minutes past delivery time and the person who answers just says it should be on its way.... for 30 minutes? Absolutely unacceptable.

I had ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, well done. It barely had any cheese on it and it was very runny. I had also ordered buffalo wings and bbq wings and they barely had any sauce them. I asked for the wings to be well done, and they were not. I had tipped the driver $7 top of the 5 delivery fee and it was 12 minutes late, still.
