I would order at least once a week but will not be doing that anymore. Their philly Papadias used to be great, but the last one I ordered was all dough. I had to open it to see if there was anything inside. The new manager that I spoke to told me the measurements of each ingredient and that they had been making them wrong and a Papadias wasn't meant to be a meal!! Will not be ordering from them again. Not ordering dough with nothing in it!!!!!!!!!

I am really happy with this Papa John's. I was being difficult and wanted pepperoncini peppers after I ordered online. So I called to request them. They were very kind and made sure I got what I wanted despite me going about it in a complicated way. That's the kind of kindness I appreciate in a business. Yaaaaay Papa!

By the far the rudest, unprofessional and careless staff I've ever seen. If I was the franchise owner of the location I'd fire every single person at this store. Management needs to get their stuff together because they're allowing this store to die a slow painful death. Went from spending 100s a week at this location to barely eating here once every 6 months as a last resort. They can't ever get a single order right, even after seeing 30-40% tips youd think they'd take extra care to make sure it's right. But no. They could care less about their job or the food they're preparing. Will definitely be contacting corporate, along with the health department about this store.

whoever answered the phone needs an attitude adjustment, after explaining the sauce i ordered was basically empty when it arrived she spoke to me like we were back on the block. the manager did apologize for her behavior.
