Ordered because they claimed to be able to deliver in 28-38 minutes. Took an hour to deliver the trash circles they call pizza. Two stars because even though the Manager understandably could not have cared less about me or my complaints - she told me I would have to wait for their "high quality pizza" or I could call Little Caesar's because they are "hot and ready". So a star for having a sense of humor pizza manager person!
Waited 30 minutes beyond the promised time after arriving :/ Also the quality and taste of the pizza was poor. We had a few slices and then didn't even eat the rest, it just wasn't good. This is my first Yelp review if that gives you an idea, I just think there are some other options out there, save your time and money

After a period of time during a worse phase of the pandemic when there were fewer workers, but not fewer people wanting pizza, service became very unpredictable. I might have written them off except I witnessed the mayhem and distress it caused the lone woman trying to answer the phones and deal with customers in front of her.
