Ordered because of the commercials for the stuffed crust pizza. The pizza was okay, there was probably only one slice of pepperoni on each piece. The boneless wings (picture below) were laughable.Also got a text notification that the pizza was ready so rushed to get there but ten minutes later when we arrived it was still in the oven and we got to wait.With 20% tip it was $35 for a pizza and ten boneless wings.

The other day I had questions about the difference in the 2 sausages and Monica was very helpful and friendly. Pizzas were delicious. Today, feb. 1st at 9:00p.m. I had questions about the pizzadillas and manager Brad ( I think is his name) was very helpful and made delicious pizza. Both of these people are good natured with a comforting energy and that means a lot to me. I will definitely be back and recommending to friends. Thank you for great service.

I have never ordered from Papa John's before but my 12-year-old grandson wanted the Crusty stuffed pizza so I ordered the 14 inch with sausage and pepperoni and extra cheese and when it was delivered there were eight slices of pepperoni and nine sausage balls. I have never been so disappointed. This was a delivery order and while Uber Eats did refund after a photo I submitted this is a place that I will never order from again. Don't be fooled by what you see on the commercials on TV because your pizza will not look or taste like that!

We've been going here for years and always loved it. Must be new management because lately, like 5 times in a row, they get our order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! Not exaggerating. Tonight we got a works pizza with hardly any meat at all and not even ONE pepperoni on it.

He calls us inappropriate names and threatening to fight me and jump me with a bunch of his friends. I need some corporate help but can't figure out how to contact them through the website... Help?

If I could give 0 stars I would. The food arrived cold. The box of pizza had a tag that said pepperoni and mushrooms, we only got the pepperoni no mushrooms, the pizza was kind of burnt although we did not request well done. We paid extra for pizza sauce as well. Will be asking for refund for the items I didn’t receive and will be ordering from dominoes from now on, as they keep the food warm and get the order correct.
Absolute Joke! Been waiting over an hour and a half for pizza. Called the manager and she has attitude. Was told it would be here in 30 minutes, just called the manager and she proceeded to tell me her delivery driver made it all the way to my gated community (which they never called me to get in) and someone through a rock through his windshield as he is inside my community... no one is even awake right now in my community, I never received a call.. and if the delivery driver was there.. in my complex, then how did he not think to walk 100 yards to my door, or even freaking call me?!?!?!? Absolutely Livid and FED UP with Horrible service!!!!!

I ordered my pizza with the perfect amount of time for my schedule to work, and I watched the tracker waiting for it to be ready before my pickup. When I arrived at the window, the woman told me that she'd had to shut the oven down for routine maintenance and had canceled the order. I didn't get any notification of this, and it was a frustrating waste of my time when I was pretty hungry. She said it should be refunded, but I haven't gotten a notification of that, so we'll see....Unfortunately, I only have this experience to base my impression of this location on. I rated it three stars instead of two or one because the woman was very polite and I am giving the benefit of the doubt that the maintenance was necessary and unavoidable. The tracker should never have said my order had gone through and my pizza was cooking though.

I ordered delivery and the driver didn’t even call to let me know they were here. Instead the house shook when they dropped the pepsi on the porch and scared myself and children half to death. Then instead of giving me the pizza they left it on the porch, got back in their car, and drove off. I was going to give more of a tip to the driver guess I got to save that money. When I tried to call the store whoever answered just put me on hold and didn’t even say hello or one moment. With this type of service I will not be ordering from Papa Johns
