This Papa John's is great! I had a little trouble with my order. I called the store and the guy that helped me was so nice. When I went to pick up my order the girls inside were very sweet and the pizza was great as always.

I ordered online and picked up within 20min. Got home the pizza tasted terrible like it had been cooked an hour before I ordered it. It was soaking in oil pizza sauce. Not good the next time I may try another location but this one is not good. Ughh that was a waste of money.

Ordered a pizza and found a piece of GLASS baked into the pizza. Contacted the customer service and was only offered a free pizza. I've been ordering Papa John's for 10+ years but that was the final straw. Very disappointing.

I’m the only one in my friend group that loves Papa John’s pizza so when my roommate and friends are out of town, I would love to get Papa Johns as they like dominos.I went in person to buy a garlic sauce for my leftovers and to make it worthwhile. I was willing to buy five of them. I got there at 7:06 the website and Google shows that they’re open till 11. They buzz me in and ask if I have an order I said no I just would like to buy some garlic dipping sauce and a guy was rather rude and said that is why the door was closed because we’re trying to leave for Christmas Eve.I totally get that not wanting to work on Christmas Eve. I worked in the food industry as well and I know people can be very rude and demanding. I felt that it wasn’t an outrageous request to buy some garlic sauce. I was willing to pay cash as he said the cash register was closed to leave and so I did, and was rather taken back by this experience, perhaps this location is not the right one for me.I never had bad food from this location but the attitude rubs me the wrong way.

I didn’t have the phone number for Papa John’s so I was unable to phone ahead and order.Upon my arrival I ordered and had a hot, fresh baked large hand tossed pizza smothered in my favorite ingredients, and covered with cheese.Delicious.Thanks Papa John’s of Hermitage!

All I can say is 'yummy.' ? Ordered the large stuff crust half pepperoni & half pineapple, mushrooms ? & olives w xtra garlic butter. Ordered cheesy bread too & it lasted us 2 days. Joined the Pappa John Rewards & will use it next time! ?Vegetarian options: So lucky you can select alot of veggies like pineapple, mushroom, tomatos, green peppers & olives. Not big on meat myself, but if I have to order pizza this is the best way. ?And yes u can order half & the other peps can get meat too...
I order square cut ,the cashier did offer to remake it but it said no, but once I got home I notice the pizza was not cut correct, with some of the slices being really big the pizza falls apart so I had to cut the pizza myself !!!

This location manager a female that hung up in my face after addressing she the manager and her manager name. The location accepted my online order just to call 20-30 min kater just to tell me they not accepting online orders because their system were down. I should’ve been contacted immediately especially since my order was 40+ dollars if your system down how were you able to cancel my order I pay for that I now have to wait 5-7 business days to receive a refund I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.
