I wouldn't go out of your way for this spot. Inside sits a sandwich shop, a J. Gumbo and a Mexican restaurant. I wasn't particularly impressed with the quality of food or menu at any of these establishments and the empty, sterile interior didn't give me much motivation to stay around. I personally came in for a coffee since it said "cafe" outside. The place was empty in the morning and they did have coffee, but it wasn't anything special and the only option for creamer was the pre-packaged variety. Still, the guy who served me was very nice and I didn't get a chance to try the food, so it warrants an update someday.
