Been in the restaurant biz for over 20 years in the DFW area and my daughter and son in law have a very successful restaurant in East Nashville.Food was good. I get the small plates concept. Just very expensive.We had a party of 7.Tapas style service is served as it comes up in the kitchen.Well, for our table, 6 people received their pasta or entrees in a reasonable amount of time. But diner #7 had to wait at least 30 min for his pasta entree. The whole party was done with their meals when the final diner received their food. They explained it took longer to make.No way… it was a pasta dish with ragu sauce. What happened was the order was lost in the kitchen then staff realized it and gad to make while the final diner waited.Also, just a suggestion but when you display the open kitchen concept, you might wanna remind the back of house folks they CAN be seen when about 4-5 staff gathers near the front of the grill and all if them are eating food.Just a thought

The best service, food, and drinks! We had the garlic bread to start off. Then, shared the Creamy Polenta and Bolognese Sauce - the texture was everything and I would say it was my favorite dish! Then, we moved on to the Radiatori Vodka. I believe this dish is popular, and it's popular for a reason! So so so good! Lastly we tried the sorbet and gelato! Of course it was amazing!

It's loud and the seating is tight inside BUT the pasta dishes were insanely delicious! Eggplant was lacking flavor. I could have had like 3 plates of the crispy zucchini! The burnt broccolini was burnt for sure! Limoncello sorbet was good. The budino was next level!

UPDATED: I received a call and appreciate the time and prompt attention to this review. Speaks volumes about the management behind this brand. Based on that, I'm willing to give them another chance. First, let me say our server was attentive and kind. The food was good except for the overdone calamari that tasted like old grease. We didn't eat it and told our server we didn't want to take it with us as it didn't taste good. Didn't make a big deal; didn't seem upset. Simply said, "It wasn't good." Next thing we know is a manager comes over and says to us, "Is there a problem here?" My husband replied "No, we just didn't enjoy the calamari." Manager says, " Your server said you wanted it removed from your bill." My husband clarified, "No, we did not ask for that." The manager spins on her heel and walks away. We were dumbfounded. How were we treated this way simply because we said we didn't like a dish? Why was she rude to us when we weren't being rude? Wow! Won't be back after the manager encounter. If you go, pray you have no issues. If you do, get ready for the rude manager.

This was the best experience and the food!! I love the idea of ordering it when you want it and being able to try different things on the menu rather than ordering a huge meal you most likely won’t finish! Everything was delicious, my personal favorites was the vodka pasta and the chicken parm!

Went out for a Sunday night dinner with my partner and my parents.As we walked in we were greeted by 2 enthusiastic hostesses. The restaurant was packed, but it didn’t feel crammed.We made our way down to the lower level seating for our table.Our server Will went over the menu and explained the tapas style service. He answered all of our questions and made some excellent suggestions.We had a couple of the signature cocktails (Tuscan Mai Tai stands out) and more food than I can remember. Everything from bread to dessert was delicious, and Will and the service team made the evening a joy. 5/5 will definitely be back!

We came on a Sunday, and the Sunday Sauce special for 2 was absolutely delicious. Hands down one of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend it enough, and Will, our server was incredibly helpful. He helped us pick the Sinello Montepulciano D’Abruzzo wine, which paired wonderfully with the meal.
