Did not have a very big selection but we got there later in the evening and it’s located inside the target store! The food was in a great location in the store, still warm, and tasted like Pizza Hut! I wish I had a better selection but all in all it was a good experience! Quick when in a hurry just have to grab pay and go and didn’t have to wait for the prep and cooking of the pizza! The one thing I didn’t like was that there were no bread sticks witch are my favorite Pizza Hut item ! But good for the time of day and quick

This particular location is a joke. They only do delivery or carry out, yet they literally NEVER have a driver. They're boasting of "contactless delivery" yet the last five times we've ordered they either "have no driver" or are just plain closed. If this was strictly a recent issue I might chalk it up to the pandemic, but I've lived in the same house for 22 years and it's ongoing. The kicker is, I'm closer to the West End location. But due to some random circumstance, I literally cannot place an order with them. If you want to avoid the frustration, get DiGiornio.

Placed an online delivery order at 8:30am for a pizza party. I needed it delivered. Because I can't leave to pick it up as it's for work and I'm a manager. They waited until 2pm to inform me they had no delivery driver. The delivery was suppose to be here at 2:30. So now I have no pizza and no way to get someone delivering it by 2:30. I feel like I should've been notified way earlier. This isn't the first issue I've had but this is the first one that's made me upset enough to write a review about it.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten in Nashville. Two large delivery pizzas cost $50. Just regular pizzas. Nothing special added. In fact they didn't even have one basic vegetable and had to leave it off. Dough was badly undercooked. Obviously rushed through with no thought for quality. Both of us are sick the following morning. Will never return. Avoid at all cost. I miss Jets.

Yes, they are residing on expensive Charlotte real estate. Not sure how long they will last. Did not trust their delivery, but when we went there were 4 Pizza Hut cars there on Super Bowl Sunday. Odd. Pizza meh. I remember it being the best pizza. Again, it's Pizza. It's cheap, don't expect much more and you won't be disappointed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Extremely rude and unperfessionable. Love their food and pasta but from now on will be taking my busines to dominos. Ordered 3 times same night no one ever showed up and was never called. All of the sudden I am on the block list what ever the f*** that means. So to reiterate I am a long time customer never received an order I placed and apparently it's on me and my fault. This place is a joke dont order from this location.

My order was wrong and when I called they basically said they didn't care. I ordered 2 orders of wings and 2 orders of fries. Sounds had no sauce, they didn't send ranch and only 1 order of fries. I can forgive mistakes, but they were rude on top of it. Didn't even offer toto send our correct order. Ordered from Domino's, they were here quickly and our order was right. I'm done with pizza hut. Horrible!

This was a "half and half" pan pizza with the hut favorite crust flavor. When I called them asking for it to be replaced they informed me that I would need to bring it back with the receipt and that they wouldn't even begin prepping a new one until I got there.

This has to be the worst place for customer service around! I keep going back for that damn stuffed crust, so i can't give it up altogether. However, each time i order, it takes 2-3 times the original quoted time to actually arrive. They tell me 30-40 minutes and it's at least 2 hours EVERY TIME. I usually do pickup, but there are times that I can't. I wish someone would whip this place into shape and at least give REALISTIC wait times!
