Their tenders are very small, they cut chicken 1 tender in to 3 pieces and sell as 3 tenders, also uncooked, quality of food going down hill day by day worst

Chicken breast are super small, chicken sandwiches are not good and shrinked. Most of the time chicken is chewy ( not well cooked or not defrosted properly).Drive thru staff not friendly ?

Worst experience with the store manger the short lady with black hair and the staff, they need to hire people don't hate their job that much, I used to be regular customer and tried to ignore how rude they are but will never go back to this

So I stop to get wife some chicken. Pull on door to lobby, I’m surprised it’s open. I go in and 15 workers walk by like I’m not even there. After about 5 minutes something comes from the back and says the lobby is closed, have to go to drive thru. So why in the hell is the door unlocked. they haven’t been open that long, but it seems like they are getting like the rest of the Popeyes restaurants. Needless to say, I did not go to the drive-through I just went a couple of miles away to Chick-fil-A.

Went in to pickup an order and all I can hear is an old manager yelling at an employee that he can't leave until someone gets here. I can tell you I seen willy Wonka many times over the years and he was not Willy Wonka. He said he was supposed to get off 39 minutes ago. Very unprofessional. She would be closing by herself if it were me. She wasn't rude with me but I hope one day that kid learns that he would be appreciated across the street.

Placed order online and when I showed up to pick it up someone had stolen the order and they refused to fill my order. Was very rude and said I just need to go online an get a refund the're not making it. This location is trash ?

Recently went by the new Popeyes in hermitage.not only did I not get what I ordered but the girl at the drive thru copied my credit card info and tried to buy something off buy supreme.. I had to cancel my card which I got to buy Christmas for my family.. I will never Ever stop at this restaurant again…..Do better.

We went to Popeyes at 4815 Lebanon Pike in Hermitage, Tennessee on Christmas Eve and it was the absolute worst restaurant experience ever. Their lobby is never open, so we have to go through the drive-thru for every visit. There we a lot of cars in line when we pulled up, but it wasn't quite 5:30 pm and they were open until 7:00 pm. It was our choice to stay in line and wait, but we knew they were probably short-staffed due to the holiday, and we are not the kind of people to get upset over things like that. We just wanted our dinner and chose to go to Popeyes. By the time all was said and done, we ended up waiting over an hour and a half in line. We finally got to the speaker to place our order at 6:10 and thought all was fine. After another 40 minutes or so, we got to the window and was met by the manager. She said that they were all out of food and had noting to give us. Nothing. We had watched them hand bag after bag to the cars in front of us, and there were at least five bags sitting on a table with receipts on them. It looked like the staff had cooked whatever food they wanted to take home and had it ready for when they left. These people knew long before we got to the window they wouldn't have our food, but they didn't send anyone out to tell us. They waited until every other restaurant was closed in the area and we were left with nothing. The manager never apologized or offered anything to compensate us for our time. She also didn't have any teeth, so this wasn't surprising. We observed another employee blow her nose and not wash her hands before touching bags of food to hand out the window. This place is disgusting and we will not be back.

First of all, we went inside to order. After 5 minutes, we were told that our food had JUST dropped and it would be 12 minutes. So my husband and I sat and waited. After our food was ready, the server told us we had to leave because the lobby was closed!! Like, how rude to send us out after we had waited over 15 minutes to get our food. I was furious!! If the lobby was closed, why were we able to come in to order? I pray whoever is over this restaurant does something about this!!

I love Popeye's spicy chicken. If you like spicy fried chicken here it is. They seem to have the occasional delay on getting orders placed through the app out, but otherwise, they are no better or worse than any other fast food on service. If you're going to a fast food chain and expect "atmosphere," you might need to get out more.

Twice in one week we went to this Popeyes. Both times we were given the WRONG chicken! Ordered spicy(it's Popeyes, who in their right mind wants classic?), and was given classic BOTH times. First time I didn't call the store, 2nd time I did and was told if I wanted to bring chicken back, I could and it would be replaced....after I'd already told her(the manager), we didn't realize their mistake until after we'd already sat down to eat our meal. Two times in one week is not acceptable! Food is way to expensive for you to consistently mess up orders. I also completed the survey the 1st go round, and still have yet to hear back from Popeyes. DO BETTER! We do not have to spend our money at your establishment, and we won't be from here on out.
