Customer Service was horrible at one point. But the last few times I went I was surprised by the big turn around. Chicken is always fresh and I will support them after they open back from the unfortunate situation.

Best Popeyes I’ve ever been too!!! I hope that the staff see this and know they were so nice and welcoming and funny! Not only did they match my energy they also treated me with kindness and respect. I would choose them and their hospitality over anywhere else. Honestly this was such a great meal! The food was so hot and fresh, the water tasted great!(sounds stupid but sometimes the water tastes nasty! Ifykyk) the staff were amazing, and the place was spotless!! 100% recommend going to this Popeyes!!!

I had the best experience that I've ever had in the US at a Popeyes at the Charlotte Pike location this past weekend. I mentioned (to a local business owner) that I was going to the Charlotte Pike Popeyes location and that person suggested that I avoid the Charlotte Pike store and go to the Nolensville road store, which is where I'd normally go to get my wing/chicken/fish/chicken sandwich order. The feedback from the business owner was that the Charlotte pike location was extremely inconsistent and the employees are suspect. After we finished our conversation, I decided that I wanted to try out the Charlotte location as I had similar experiences at the Nolensville Road location, along with super long wait times. Well, I'm so glad I gave the Charlotte Pike location a chance as it was the best experience I've ever had at a Popeyes here in the US. I placed my order and had a chance to meet the GM, Afryiam K. He took the time to understand my rather large order, made sure he had my order correct, gave me a heads up that I'd need to wait a few minutes as they were cooking spicy chicken, etc., and then offered me a drink of water to ensure I was hydrated while I waited for my food. I couldn't believe the level of customer service this gentleman displayed. Popeyes has a reputation for their customer service and it's not good. In fact, it's been the opposite of that other store that specializes in Chicken Sandwiches. But Afryiam changed my view, at least for that day. When my food came out, it was exactly like I ordered and everything was correct and the food was delicious when I made it home. In previous visits to Popeyes, I've ALWAYS had to check my order before I leave and I'd say about 92% of the time, I've had to go in the store as something was made wrong or food items were missing. This visit was an absolute pleasure and I was very appreciative of the kind customer service that I experienced. Thank you Afryiam for your excellent service and car side manner. I will return to your location again, because of you, your concern for customer and our customer service and care. Thanks again!!!

By far the worst experience I have ever had. I placed my order online and set my pickup time for 30 minutes later to give them time to get the order ready. I also selected to pickup my order via the drive through (which is a selection you can pick in the app). I was a little worried because I arrived five minutes late to my pickup but apparently it didn't matter. When I got to the speaker the order taker cut me off as soon as I began to talk to tell me that I needed to come in to pick up my mobile order. I informed her that I couldn't come in and selected to pick up my order in the drive through for a reason. She then preceeded to begin telling at me about how they can't give me my order through the drive through. I told her I couldn't come in, and she said I guess I can't bring it to you, and ordered me to park in front of the building. This began my wait. After 10 minutes a gentleman came out asking me what my name was again (proving she cut me off in the middle of talking because that's what I was saying as she cut me off). I then waited another 40 minutes. That's a 55 minute wait, after a five minute late arrival that's over an hour (total time with argument time was an hour and four minutes) after pickup request time to receive my order. At least after this you would think the food would be hot and fresh correct? No. The food was not fresh and I receive what had to be the smallest and worse pieces of chicken. Didn't even eat it. Will be getting refund from the store once a speak with the manager. I will never visit this store again. Apparently Popeyes just isn't a restaurant we can frequent and I suggest you save your money and find someplace else to eat.

Around 9:30pm they tell all delivery drivers there’s a 30min wait on chicken(or they’ll use any excuse), so they don’t have to make mobile orders before they close at 10pm lol. My mobile order didn’t have chicken on it and she said “It just came through my screen”, but that’s not how UberEats works sweetheart. You get time to prepare the orders, plus extra time when they dispatch a driver to the location. They always have an excuse to not fulfill orders lol Get it together or turn the tablet off. Y’all are wasting drivers and customers time with the nonsense. If your a customer call support and tell them the restaurant is closed to get a refund. They don’t answer the phones anyway, so Uber/DoorDash support will reimburse you if they can’t get in contact with the merchant.

Our favorite of any national chain serving up hot,crunchy, spicy freshly fried chicken! The mashed potatoes and gravy were perfect! They also have a creamy mayonnaise based crispy cole slaw! Flavorful biscuits. Special thanks to the professional hard working staff, management and owner!

i got the 24 piece nuggets and a large red beans and rice, when i got home and ate it about an hour later, it was still warm and tasted amazing. 10/10
