Generally, in Nashville, food is disappointing but service is good. Here, it’s the opposite.I had the chicken pot pie soup and coffee shake. Requested the second flavor (chocolate) on side in case it has an artificial taste. It wasn’t there and don’t know if it was mixed in the shake. But that’s not a huge deal for me. However, an employee there just stood behind me and watched me enter the restroom even though there was plenty of room for them to pass, and the girl handing out the order doesn’t make eye contact (and she isn’t shy).

I had a sandwich delivered to my hotel room a few days ago and we decided to eat in the actual location today. We arrived to a welcoming atmosphere. We went down to order our sandwiches and they started the order, then put it in to toast. On the other side were two ladies who were doing the toppings. I asked for mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, oil and seasonings. The younger person started putting on the toppings. I see her put a light brown substance on my sandwich. I pointed to it and asked her what it was, she said...spicy mustard. I said, oh no I just want regular mustard. The other female said, well that's all we have. I said...your menu says mustard, not spicy mustard. The female said in a snotty tone...well, we don't have any other mustard. The next thing I know she's staring me down. I looked behind me...no one. She continued to stare at me. I walked to the other side of some equipment and she walked over to stare again. I couldn't believe it, so I walk back over and I'm like...really?!? What in the world? Next thing I know she's loudly saying...what is that ladies problem? I told her we only have spicy mustard. What's her problem?Well, my problem is this...your menu says mustard. Spicy mustard is quite different than regular mustard. You could have said...why don't you try it? If you don't like it we will remake your sandwich. That would have been the end of it. But, she was staring me down on top of being rude. Incredible. I am still shocked.

Chris Maples is amazing! We ordered delivery from him for a work event and he was professional, helpful, and punctual. He goes above and beyond to give great customer service and it is appreciated! Highly recommend for catering.

Got this as a DoorDash order and everything was hot and delicious. I love how they put a cute little cookie on the milkshake, the soups were so flavorful. I got the avo turkey sub and I highly recommend it!

Love the chicken salad but they are consistently giving less and less on my sandwich. It is such a small amount it doesn’t even cover the bread and you can barely even taste it. Sadly, they’ve raised prices and made the portions smaller. The owner and staff are great.
My sister and I were waiting for the shop to open, while we sat and ate smoothies at the tables outside. The African American lady in the purple shirt was cleaning the tables, unaware of her surroundings and sprayed us with sanitizer. Then told us to rudely leave, though we were waiting for the shop to open. After that interaction, we did not give this place our service.
Probably the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Such friendly staff as well.

Getting It Done
Food was fine; service is woefully inept. Ordering process is atrocious; during a downtime (2pm) with no one on line, our simple order of a soup, sandwich, and salad was forgotten 3 times. Instead of apologizing, the African American woman in a purple shirt who initially took the order gave me an attitude as if I did something wrong. There is no need for that conduct. This whole process needs to be overhauled, because placing orders properly is far important than the food itself. No free parking available near this restaurant.

The gentleman I’m assuming was the manager who approached me as I went into the establishment to check on some of my students who had gone there to eat was very rude and disrespectful.He came up to me in a very hostile manner asking why we didn’t inform them our group was coming. (10 students)I tried to explain to him that our third-party vendor coordinated all our travels and eating locations during our trip and we went where they were told they could go.Our students were upset because allegedly he had spoken harshly to them prior to my arrival.The professional way to handle an issue to address the adults and not high school students who wasn’t causing any trouble, but simply trying to get a meal after being on the road from Texas.
