Got literally food poisoned eating here. Food was NOT handled properly. Be cautious of their cheap lobster tail and calamari its prepared by clowns here.

I've been eating at Red Lobster 45 years. I travel across the United States full time and usually eat at a Red Lobster once a month. This was another disappointment at a Red Lobster restaurant.Came to this location Sunday evening around 6:30 and 10 people were waiting to be seated. I attempted to sit in the bar area, it was empty, and a waitress said she'll seat me in main dining room for faster service. The entire restaurant was at 10% capacity on a weekend night. I counted three waitresses working.It took 15 minutes for a waitress to come to my table and take my order. It took another 40 minutes to receive my food.The interior of this restaurant is worn out and well overdue for a major remodel.Corporate better get their act together quickly while they still can.

I placed an order over the phone at this location. The phone attendant was polite and mostly knowledgeable, however the problems began at pick up. I requested a curb side pickup, and about 5 minutes of calling the To-Go phone I decided to go inside. I waited in the pick up area for about another 5 minutes for anyone to help me. A young lady came up and glared at me without saying a word. I greeted her and said I was there to pick up an order. She harshly replied "I'm going to need a name." No hello, greeting, or even courtesy. I gave her my name and she left to get the order. I was instructed on the phone to ask for extra sauce and drinks to go at pick up. When I asked the associate for them, she audibly sighed, said she didn't have cups with lids (stating that even though they said so on the phone, that I was actually talking to a call center in India) then went to get the sauce. She was gone another 3-4 minutes. While the order was correct, we could tell that it had been sitting in the hot window for a while, despite being there at the done-time. We were excited to get Red Lobster, as it's not a restaurant we have near us, but this experience really soured it altogether.

Waiter was great. Food was great and brought in a timely manner. The atmosphere was great as other guest were laughing and sharing how they enjoyed their meals. We got a take out dinner and the red lobster biscuits were added, what a delight. Makes you want to add good tip.

The evening servers act like they’re doing me a favor by bringing what I asked for. The cooks are great. The bartenders are great. I’ve been twice, the servers SUCK. They hate the customers and each other ? go to the other one if you’re craving the biscuits.

I have been waiting curbside on my to go order since 12:32…it is now 12:47 and I have already texted the “I’m here” and it said food is ready. It has been “ready” since 12:29. I am now on hold with the curbside pickup number that is posted outside and on hold for 9 minutes so far.I literally only ordered 6 biscuits.*update got my food at 12:50 and it’s cold ?

Let us know when you change your menu. Very disappointed in the menu changes. Not everyone wants a huge platter. We will not be back anytime soon. We had to pay for food that we didn't eat or want. It is our fault because we should have just left. You have lost good customers.

I invited my priest and school principal to lunch and we settled on Red Lobster’s Rivergate location for lunch.Upon arrival we were seated immediately at a table and the location was perfect.It was quiet enough for us to have conversation without any difficulty.It is such a small world… when I noticed that two former coworkers were seated directly behind me!During the luncheon, we ordered the Lobster dip and stuffed mushrooms. They were both delicious.I was aware that our drinks were allowed to go dry and a refill had to be requested rather than just taken care of.Overall, it was a good lunch however I was disappointed with the service.

Went tonight and walked in at 8pm to an almost empty house.It took 10 minutes to get seated and only because a server saw us standing there and walked all the way to the front to seat us.It took 1 hour to get our food and it was cold, some of the crab legs were COLD, I'm sorry let me explain because I feel you may think I mean warm or lukewarm, no.. They were cold like they just came out of the fridge... not all the legs though so at least that's something.The waitress was almost non existent and I blame her specifically for the food being cold because it looked like it had been under the heat lamp for a looong time.I ordered the endless shrimp and didn't even bother refilling anything because it took so long to get our food initially I just gave up and the waitress did not even ask.If you feel my review is an exaggeration feel free to look up the history of this location and you will see the same thing, I know cause I looked it up when I left and saw the same thing over and over again (Cold food, terrible service, etc).I will for sure never be back at this location again, way too many other good options to waste my money on service like this.Avoid this location at all costs!!

Went on a Monday so we could have a quick dinner for 3. Well much to our surprise right after we ordered 2 big parties and a conference came in. After that we go what I would swear was the last 3 Biscuits and our drinks, the food took a bit. It was so busy and they did not have the staff. It looked like they planned for the conference room but not the floor, I saw the manager walking around but he never had anything in his hands, checking to make sure the conference people were happy because he was not walking around to make sure the dining room was happy. My father had all you can eat shrimp and it took forever, which led me to belive the kitchen was staffed properly either. Our waitress was so busy it was kinda hard to get her attention, but she was doing the best she could and super nice. Maybe we will try a Tuesday next time. Food was good, what you would expect. So I am not blaming her at all she was being run all over and was trying her best.
