If I’m going to pay $35 for 2 burgers, fries and 1 drink from a shack in a parking lot, it better be great. After a 20 minute wait and being asked to tip at an outside walk up counter, it was average at best. Nothing was special, and it was way overpriced and took way too long. I do not understand the hype about this place at all. Cookout has a better burger and fries for half the cost and a third of the wait. The high ratings for this place is astonishing. I might return if the burgers were ready in 5 minutes and costs $5. I would NEVER EVER make it a point to come back. Stock and Barrel blows this place out of the water. It’s about the same price but in an actual restaurant and not in a brown sack at a picnic table. I just can’t believe how much hype this place has.

Very solid burger with outside seating. The fries were awesome! Thick but still crispy tossed in Cajun seasoning. Plenty of cups of spicy ketchup for dipping too.

This used to be one of my go-to spots for a good burger and fries, but last night I got legitimate food poisoning from this place. I ordered the grillshack burger and fries. That night I was up puking every half hour until I was just dry heaving. I nearly passed out and contemplated going to the ER. It was the only thing I ate that day. I'm writing this review in the hopes that they do better to keep the kitchen clean, and make sure food is fresh so nobody else has this experience. That said, I won't be going back.

I always go here when I'm having an exceptionally bad day (or just need a good Impossible burger). The service and food is always amazing, but last night was above and beyond. Not sure if it was my sad lil demeanor or what, but the person working the register was beyond kind and the food was perfect with insanely fresh toppings and crispy fries. I love this place! Maybe my favorite burgers in town. And DEFINITELY my favorite fries. The fries are SO good. I recommend the Grown Up Grilled cheese and add a patty so it's a patty melt. I got that for the first time the other day. I bet it's even better with grilled onions - next time I will do that. Comes with house made ranch - also excellent. But the regular burger is also fabulous. Always friendly service. Not a lot of tables.

Great burgers, and offering the impossible burger is nice. Not a fan of ther "spicy ketchup " not sure what it is seems like ketchup with hot sauce in it I don't know its just ehh. But food..great.

First visit, had the Grillshack Burger & Fries with 4 Buffalo wings. Local bun was incredible, perfect for holding everything together. Toppings were on the side, so everything was still nice and cold. Burger was seasoned very well. Wings were a little small and the sauce did not have much heat, but they were crispy and very tender. House-made ranch was good too. The fries were definitely something to write home about. I've never had fresh cut fries that thick be so crispy and immaculately done. I ate at one of the tables right outside. Very enjoyable experience.
