I really enjoyed eating here. There are 3 tables and it's not fancy, but that's the places I like. If that's not for you, get it to go because the pizza is AWESOME! I got the Mexican pizza and the other members of my group got the Cheeseburger pizza, spaghetti, and Italian sandwich. There was no complaints. Everything was so good! Highly recommend Roma Pizza!

This is the best Italian food in the Metro Nashville area. Y'all are fools if you don't seriously start getting this scrumptious bread, and amazing affordable deals here. We stumbled in at like midnight and were amazed by the Fresh Gyro Salad! Keep up the great work :)

I have ordered three separate times from this location and every single time, they have sent the wrong order. This most recent time, when I called to address the issue, I had to explain what happened four different times. They said they would send another pizza to make up for their mistake; 45 minutes later, when I called to check on the status, they revealed they had not actually put it in. Additionally, I have reached out to them three times to inquire about a refund and have not received a response. Would give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service, I will never order from here again and would recommend that you do not either.

Their pizza is consistantly the best we have had. We tried the Roma's east but never again. This one in Madison is great. And they don't even laugh at my vegetarian with chicken pizza.

We were visiting the area from out of town and looking for a more local option for pizza. We could not have found a better option! The food was amazing and well made! We got calzones, and they were NOT soggy on the bottom, like many other places get. Could not recommend this place more!!! Wish we had one closer to us.

This place is beyond disgusting!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Do not waste your money on this place. We ordered twice and there will not be a third time. The first time it was ok. The second time they literally brought what they were supposed to put in the garbage. It must be what they feed they families too. They delivered 20 minutes late. The pizza and salad both had a super bad taste. Old ingredients! The meat on the pizza was unclear what was. Bulky and rubbery and the salad tasted like someone made it with hands they wiped their ass with. I called this morning to speak to a manager/owner for refund. First they kept saying he is not here not answering my question of when he'll be there. Then the guy said something like maybe tomorrow after 5. I informed them I will be reporting this business to the BBB. They guy seemed to be too concerned about why the BBB for an ordinary worker. This business knows nothing about hygiene or customer service and way too overpriced for the shitty service they offer. SAVE YOUR $$. BBB be on the lookout.

Ordered Delivery for a large one topping pie to the Hotel. The driver was nice enough to brought the pie inside.This is where the good part ended. The pie was Luke warm at best. The topping was a little burnt, and there was little to no sauce on the pie. For a $24 dollar pizza plus delivery fee and tip this is an absolute no go for me. You would be far better off with a chain.

We order from Roma two or three times a month. Have done so for 5 or so years. I can't remember a time where our order wasn't correct and there have only been a couple of times where our order took longer than we expected. Both times we called and they let us know our food was on the way and the driver showed up within minutes.Don't sleep on the spinach calzone. We add sliced sausage link to ours. Also the 7 cheese pizza.. have them throw on bacon or pepperoni and it's ridiculous. Tangy gold wings are top notch and we love their gyros salad because it doesn't have the typical gyros meat. It's like a ground beef and lamb kebab.One time we had received our delivery and I realized the tip money was still on the counter in our living room. I kid you not I drove myself out there to make sure they got the tip. Not only did I not want to be blacklisted, he earned it.I think the rating for this pizza shop isn't quite fair as 'atmosphere' is included and this is obviously a to go shop. Since I always get this pizza delivered and eat it at home, I am going to give the atmosphere 5 stars. It's a bit messy, but I like the decorations.
