I would not recommend this restaurant. We were six people. We chose the restaurant because of its proximity to the Grand Ole Opry. Our dinners arrived at varying times (a few of us had finished eating before others had even gotten their food) and half of the dinners had to be sent back because they were not done correctly (ie pasta instead of mashed potatoes, orzo in butter instead of pasta in tomato sauce). None of us got our soups and salads beforehand. The manager was very apologetic. She said they were short staffed; however the restaurant was quite empty. She tried to help but the damage was already done. We were offered complimentary desserts but we had to leave to go to the Opry (besides which we're not dessert people).

Food was average. Waiter was Blake and he was polite. They were out of several items.Facility needs some cleaning. My wife and I Ordered steak and mashed potatoes. Would not be my go to next time in town.
It's really hard to rate an establishment that wouldn't ask if you would like a table for dinner after 30 minutes waiting at the hostess station. We then went over to the bar & was likewise ignored for another 15mins. Restaurant only appeared to be 25-30% capacity with no one else waiting in line until we were leaving. I can't recommend any of their drinks or dishes because we weren't ever observed.Parking: 2500

Excellent service and food. Great venue for getting together with friends or family.
I was mostly turned off to the experience by the white paper covering on the tables which I can only assume was to keep them from having to clean. The food was fine. My server was friendly. The hostess was clearly overwhelmed.

This poor place has gone down hill in the last few years. Our food was horrible. Our server was nice enough, just not very trained at being a server.

Generic food that tastes like a microwaved meal from the freezer section. Hadn’t been here in years. No need to ever go back. Food quality has degraded below Olive Garden.
Food was mediocre, although difficult to eat on a teeter-totter for a table. The service was atrocious. The waiter was in shambles serving only 3 tables while having the temerity to complain about how little he was getting paid. Embarrassing establishment.

Went on a date night on Sunday Feb. 25, our server was truly amazing. However the food was way below. We order calamari and the first order was rubbery and not cooked, the second one we picked through to find pieces to eat. We also had a spinach dip and it was cold, but at the point we were over it. Our main entrée came and my Penne Rustica was lacking sauce, the shrimp weren't all the way cooked, and the broccoli I ordered on the side was ice cold. We boxed up my food. We sat and enjoyed conversation and the Sangrias. Macaroni Grill has gone down alot.
