Sadly, due to Covid-19, Rudie's is no more. This was a fantastic place with wonderful selections of oysters and creative dishes filled with excellent flavors. Truly heart breaking to see this one go.

As a former pescatarian of 10+ years, I love my seafood... and this isn't a place to pass up. They have something for everyone. Rudie's is the bomb! Especially on a summer evening. Nothing beats eating oysters with your pup on the patio. They have great deals throughout the week on top of happy hour AND oyster specials.

Visiting Nashville for a long weekend and wanted to try some local spots and not chains! Found Rudie's on Yelp, read a few reviews and decided to go try it out. Wife and I went on a Thursday evening, walked right in, seated immediately. Service was superb by Steph! Had to try the sausage appetizer and the wife had a Plum Oyster! Both were awesome. For our dinners wife had the massive pork chop. Tender, juicy and flavorful. Corn bread and the fresh asparagus were perfect compliments. I had to try the Pork Meatloaf. Unlike any Meatloaf I've ever had. Served with a super flavorful reduced sauce over the perfect mashed potato's. It was like comfort food on steroids! I'm a big eater and couldn't eat it all. Very filling. My suggestion is make this a stop on your visit to Nashville. The Inglewood area reminds me of The Highlands in Louisville. 5 stars!!!!

This place is phenomenal! We came across it last night and fell in love with the food and wait staff. They have a great happy hour. We started off with the salmon spread, which was half price for happy hour. My husband had the fish and chips that he raves about. The outside of the fish was crunchy while the fish melted into your mouth. I had the shrimp and grits with an andouille gravy. The gravy made the dish. It was just divine! Our waiter was personable and attentive.

Rudie's was a nice place off the beaten path. I got the Rude burger. It was cooked the way I asked and came with an abundant amount of delicious hand cut fries. Friends that were with me got the fish and chips and the salmon. Very flavorful but he just wished his Brussel sprouts were cooked a little longer. I would go back and eat here.

We visited Rudie's after reading all the other great Yelp reviews. We were only in town for four days, but this was one of our favorite spots during our visit. We ordered a nice bottle of wine, salmon with the side of busses sprouts (which were out of this world) and the Jambalaya. We all left our plates clean! We will definitely be back!
Rudies last night had Scallops on their temporary menu. By far the best I’ve had in Nashville. The staff is amazing and the food is hands down the best price per plate quality in East.
