A lovely and intimate space to hear some great live jazz. Fantastic combo the night we were there.We went to an earlier show and had reserved lounge chairs. Comfy casual way to spend an evening.Food and drinks were not bad, service was lovely.I truly appreciated that they didn’t feel the need to over amplify the talented musicians. We could lean in and speak to each other at a normal volume. I left without a raging headache and hours of ringing ears.(Hey Rudy's - if you read this edit - one constructive request. The lounge chair next to the couch is just worn enough that the seat slopes forward so you feel like you are sliding out. For a person with some minor back issues I needed to roll my sweater up under my thighs in order to sit without my back hurting. It was absolutely comfortable then, but I wouldn't have been able to stay otherwise. Ya'll have an absolutely wonderful place that I'd become an absolute regular at if I was local!)

So so cool! Visited Nashville for the first time and fell in love with this place. It's like walking into a time warp. You can feel the history buzzing through the venue. Would return to Nashville just to visit Rudy's again.

Great NOLA food - we had red beans and rice and seafood pies. Super jazz quartet and nice to get away from the loud honkey tonks on Broadway. Well worth the extra steps for some jazz and great food! Highly recommend.
We had a blast at Rudy's, our first time in Nashville. We'll be back. Thanks Abigail Flowers and band. Great stuff. Come play the Toronto Jazz festival sometime!

The Sully band was absolutely excellent. We had a business meeting there with first time clients and it went so well. It was a nice mix of conversation and entertainment. The waitress was excellent and the food delicious.

We were road tripping all the way from the northern east coast and we're so excited to go see a "true" jazz club. They took our money, sat us at a table at the back, and completely forgot about us. Everyone else had drinks in the room, I asked for a waitress multiple times, this girl made eye contact with us and then proceeded to refill waters and drinks for every surrounding table.Two different waiters came up to our table and saw that out of all the couples at the table, we were the only ones that had nothing. No water, no cocktails. THEN the waitress comes up to us again and starts to say "hey guys can I get..." and some bearded guy interrupts her and says "no not them!the other table..." After 40 minutes we decided, enough was enough and left. Let the guy in the front know about our terrible experience and he goes "well?you should've said something earlier". We did try. We told multiple times and we're ignored. The one star is for the good music and the local musicians. Im glad I don't live here because I would never come here again!
