Will definitely visit here again. I picked this restaurant for a date and we had a great time, romantic, great music, the service is the best we have had in Nashville. Great first experience going to the Gulch area of Nashville. Thank you everyone from Sambuca last night was top notch.

I love Sambuca! This has easily be some my favorite happy hour spot. With an extended happy hour time, I don’t feel like I have to rush to get there. Their bar is very large so you have space and the food is great! My fatigue drink they serve is the spicy blueberry margarita with no rim! The chrome and crab dip is ???. The chicken and beef satay is delicious too! Make sure you eat the lettuce lol. The ambiance is what ties all this together with live music and a low light theme, there’s not much to dislike here. Parking is fine, there's paid lots all around the building and the garage across the street gives your your first hour free. Of course I’ll be back.

Didn't know at however the drinks and service are tops. Great live music and a comfortably dark setting. Intimate and not overbearing.
We really liked food! Our service was fantastic!! Only one think we didn't like - espresso martini was awful. This is my favorite drink and I understand that it could be variable, but this time it tasted like liquid after dirty dishes. We didn't sent it back, because didn't want to upset our waitress, but bartender should work on it.

Luke saved our evening! We had a late reservation and there was some miss communication about who was going to be our server. We waited an extended amount of time but when Luke realized what happened, he quickly rectified the situation and was amazingly helpful. 5 star customer service by him! Our food was exceptionally good however we only had appetizers and dessert. Do yourself a favor and save room for the sticky caramel bread pudding. There were no crumbs left on the plate after.

We had an amazing time! Michelle had a great experience on her 60th birthday. Our server was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was off-the-charts delicious, and cooked to perfection! The music was great, just wish they would have sung Happy Birthday to Michelle before we left. We had requested it, but when I went to ask them again they were taking a break. He said they would do it their next set but we were already leaving. Other than that everything was amazing!!!

A friend of mine highly recommended Sambuca for my visit to Nashville. We were a large party celebrating 2 big birthdays. Our server Brittany was most helpful and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious as well. The entertainment that evening was wonderful. A great time was had by all. Looking forward to coming back to Sambuca on our next trip to Nashville.
The server was very pleasant but she appeared to be working by herself so she was unable to provide us with timely service. The food was just okay. We were there a few years ago and remember it being much better. The live music was good but they were a bit unorganized. Honestly, I expected a much better experience from Sambuca. Particularly since we were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday, which they never acknowledged.
The live music was really good and I really appreciated the medium volume - it didn't disrupt your dinner conversation. The food was incredibly overpriced and not on point with the cost. Several food items were bad or stale (lots of hard rice pieces, shrimp tasted foul, filet had several hard pieces like pellets). Service was great and our server was very nice. It took an unusually long time to get our drinks though (about 20+ minutes...basically came with the main course). Not sure if it was an “off” night.

Not somewhere I will go again. The hostess was not welcoming at all. She was on her phone with her legs propped up. Our waiter was the highlight of the night. He was GREAT. The food was horrible. No season, steak and sea bass was of poor quality. The artist was fine but their attire ( and the service staff) didn't match the prices charged. Overall for us, 2 star.

Sambuca, gives a nice casual but elevated atmosphere. I would make note however there is a $3 pp live performance fee of you come when they are performing. We were not aware of it until our bill. With that being said, great Cocktail and mocktail options. I would check it out again.

Odd smell in the restaurant like sewer all over. Service was snail slow but kind team. The food was good but I don't think I would come back especially for corporate dinner. It was really embarrassing
