Took a mash room sandwich hoping that it would be good but as soon as I had it the next day vomitted the entire stuff. Not sure what went wrong but please don’t serve poisoned food.

My go to place to get breakfast at BNA. They have an affordable breakfast and it tastes freshly made, you can even see them making your breakfast on the griddle.It’s hard to find affordable hashbrowns at the airport, but they only charge $3 for a huge serving of tots!! So worth it!Pictured is the egg and cheese sandwich but I’ve also had the sandwiches with sausage or bacon and they’re delicious!

The sloowwwwwest shake shack on earth. Not great when you’re trying to catch a flight. Been several time and they always move at a snails pace ? Hope they step it up cause I love having one at the airport!

I gave 2 stars bc the young ladies had excellent customer service and my food was ready sooo fast, BUT the fries were chewy. Ok I added another star because the prices are soooo good.

I wanted to get on here and review this place since it’s gotten some negative reviews. If you’ve had Shake Shack before, you know they make a solid smashed burger and tasty shakes. This location is no different. I was actually surprised (in a good way) because their prices didn’t seem to differ from outside the airport. It’s a little on the pricey side for a “fast food” burger, but it is anywhere you go. It is about the same as you’d spend at a Five Guys. The food was fantastic, exactly what I expect from Shake Shack, and the lady at the register was friendly. Great experience!
We hadn't eaten in hours and just wanted something fast, tasty, and not priced out of this world; we found Shake Shack! Hadn't had it in a while and man did that burger hit! We also had an order of the Queso Fries and that made everyone happy. Prices were extremely reasonable for the airport. A burger across at Old Red was $22...mine was under $10. My order was ready in under 10 minutes...that was super clutch!

Good food but takes a bit longer. Beware that the shroom burger is just a fried mushroom! Not a burger with mushrooms ? not a lot of seats in this area…Thank you from your Arizona friends ???

I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and tater tots. I didn't have a lot of time and I was waiting near the counter watching for my order. As the person at the grill was taking my sandwich off, they wiped their nose on their glove and continued making the sandwich without changing gloves or washing. I mentioned it to one of the people near the counter and they had this disappointed look on their face and shook their head like it (or similar) was a regular occurrence. I asked for the name of the person and they said TT or Tee Tee. I then asked who the manager is and they said she was the manager. This is one of the single grossest things I've ever seen at a restaurant and it was by the manager of it. Shake Shack said they informed the district manager, who wasn't concerned enough with their manager making snot sandwiches to bother responding.

Just an awful location. Food took 15 minutes with nobody there. Multiple staff chatting on their cell phones not working and my entire order was wrong.
Closed at airport at 7 pm. Bummer.
