Stopped in with my toddler this morning before heading down the road for coffee and the staff was SO sweet and helpful. They were patient with my son while he picked out which ones he wanted to get and even threw in a fun bonus one for him, which he loved! So fresh and delicious.Parking: They share a parking lot with other businesses but there are plenty of spots available!Kid-friendliness: They have a case of donuts at my son's level so he could easily point out what he wanted to get and the staff was so patient with him.

The glazed cinnamon twist looked good on the outside but was very dry on the inside. It was bland tasting, lacked flavor and was not the texture it should have been.This is my second and last visit to this shop.I didn't enjoy it at all. A waste of money as I ended up throwing it away. There are far better donut shops. They are hit or miss.

Good, not the best though. The location is in a strip mall, it is a very busy little place. They do have a few booths to eat in, but everyone was doing pickup. We tried the kolaches, dont waste your money. There is very little meat inside, it is mostly all bread. We had numerous donuts, our recommendations are the lemon filled, cinnamon twist, bavarian cream filled, and cake donuts. The rest is all just ok, nothing we would get again. We had chocolate filled, apple fritters, basically tried almost every kind there except the new limited cereal donut. If in the area, or by another Shipley, I would go in for a select few.

The only donut place in the area that I have found that has a filled stick, long john or what they call filled bar. Wish they had vanilla but maple is close enough.

Chocolate donuts were hard and crunchy, and other donuts were ok could have got better donuts from kroger's if that told you anything. Service was horrible as well, and I will not return.
They're closed today January 2nd 2024. I thought they were open because I made an online order to pick up at 7:30am.Drove here, and no one. Dark building.Going to ask for a refund once opened tomorrow. But next time, I suggest updating your online ordering and hours online to not make others waste their time driving over here.

The best donuts!! My kids have never been to Shipley's so we stopped by. The donuts were fresh and the customer service was great! They are about 30-35 minutes from home but I'll drive here anytime over Dunkin and Krispy Creme.
