Destiny and Cordell do a great job. My smoothie is always made perfectly.Today I ordered online to pick up at 8:22am and the store was closed. I was charged $29 and I need my refund or a phone call about a credit.

We work close by and our office often gets smoothies from here! Most everyone is very friendly - I do gotta shout out my girl, Destiny - she makes the BEST smoothies. She blends them well so the dates fully blend into the smooths and the taste is the best.

On the morning of Friday 1/13/2023 7:30am . The employee name "Saide" refused to give my family a coupon (each coupon give multiple deals and enhancers which is good for our large family of 6) when we the consumer asked him and there was a stack of them visible behind the register. (Check camera time and date) my children were excited to get Smoothies however this experience with Smoothie King had our sweet 4 year old daughter very hurt emotionally to tears when he denied us equal rights by not giving out the store coupons. This discrimination by employees and management.

Horrible service. Visited 10/22/22 for the first time around 1:30.Only customers in the store at the time and there was no greeting. We walked to the register and the lady working stared at us until we gave our order and she gave our total (which was the only words she spoke), we said thank you and tipped. She gave no response.Service is a huge part of keeping a business running and this is unacceptable service. Thankfully this is not the location I normally go to.
