Wish I could give a 0. Went to stall 19 to order and the workers just kept looking at me. Never even acknowledged I was there, never responded to button press or anything.

I ordered ahead and waited for over a half hour. The drive thru line never moved. No one even attempted to speak to me or address my order. I ended up calling another location to try to cancel my order. Absolutely horrid place and service.

Had to wait 40 min+ in the drive thru line with only 2 people in front of me the entire time since there was only one person working that Sunday evening. By the time I received my food, my tots were soggy, overly greasy, and room temp. Very disappointing service.

Been here 20 minutes waiting for a shake.Employees yelling at people. One of them just side swiped a customer while pulling in.This place is out of control.Edit:You shouldn't need me to tell you to "escalate this to the franchise owner." Manage your business without customers having to hold your hand.If default response is to do nothing, no wonder this place is a disaster.

Literally in line 30 minutes for one drink. Half the time they get slush wrong. Owner is probably not paying a decent wage that’s why you get horrible service and the food lots of time is stale
