I intentionally used the app to put in my order so that I know it was put in correctly because I’ve had issues in the past with this particular sonic not putting in my order right whenever I order there. When the carhop brought me my food, I asked her for some ketchup because I know that if you don’t ask for it, they usually don’t put it in the bag. she was very short and snippy with me and before I could get the word catch up out she told me that she had already put some in the bag. Well, now I am back at work and guess what? Of course there is none in the bag. And now I can’t go back and get any. This is just one of many instances of issues I’ve had going to this location. When I tried to call and talk to someone about what happened today of course no one answers the phone. It just rings and rings and then two minutes of ringing it sounds like a fax machine picks up. i’ve had it with this location and I probably won’t be returning. I don’t normally leave reviews unless they’re good but in this instance, I feel the need to warn others so no one else has to deal with this kind of nonsense. To sum it all up, if you expect to get what you ask for or order, steer clear of this place. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. And if you can’t avoid it, just make sure to double check and don’t take their word for anything. Even when you use the app to put in your order. There’s been several times that I have used the app to put in an order and been given something completely different. Like not even accidentally getting someone else’s order, just flat out them giving me the wrong food or substituting items without asking or informing me at all. Patrons Beware

I come here on break during my 12 hour shift just to be told the kitchen is closed and I can only order soda. I arrived 20 minutes before the store closes is it your policy to close the kitchen before the store is actually set to close!? This is completely unacceptable and not the first time I have had an extremely bad experience at this location

My grandson & I went to the one on Bell Rd in Cane Ridge, Tn. Been there many times in the past but I'll drive another mile to a different one next time. 1st of all my Sonic app wouldn't work there so I had to pay full price for drinks that should have been 1/2 price with app. The guy said not their problem. Apps fault. Then their screen wasn't working when I got there so I couldn't see my order nor pay thru it. So obviously the app problem was their fault too. And when we got home my grandson's egg wasn't totally cooked. Better hope he doesn't get food poisoning from undercooked egg. Won't go back to that one again.

The girl misunderstood me like 6x and I got annoyed with it and was given the wrong drink. Yes, this is partly my fault, but please, only have people who can hear at the machines to take orders. I've worked at a sonic and could hear people's orders when I wasn't even the one taking it.

The service was super slow and the teens they had working in the kitchen we VERY rude. Took them 10min to take my order and when I tried to order a regular drink that came with my meal they up charged me .50… I asked why when it’s a regular drink and they didn’t have an answer for me. DO NOT COME HERE!

Thursday November 2, 2023 at 9:45am I went to Sonic located at 1331 Bell Road Antioch, TN. 37013 to order Lunch and my food was terrible. My burger was over cooked, Tater Tots was old, and my Cherry Slush didn’t have xtra Syrup like I requested and of course they charged me 0.20€ for it but I didn’t get it. This just messed up my whole lunch for today. I spend $10.04 and got bad Service!!!!! Order at 9:45am and food came out at 9:53am (8Minutes)

I love eating at Sonic drive-in I have the most wonderful experience at Sonic Drive-Ins at different locations and I must say they always provide the best service food and music to listen to outside where I'm eating at the picnic tables and the atmosphere is pretty nice as well I recommend for people to stop by at Sonic drive-in.

Twice we have visited this Sonic and both times there was an issue with the person taking orders. He was no paying attention as both times the oder had to be repeated several times. Tonight our order still was not correct.
