I live 15 minutes away. I placed an order for stuff crust pepperoni online, came home opened the box and it's a plain cheese pizza. I called 6x times no answer!! The pizza tastes like cardboard super thick barely any sauce.

I have never experienced this from them. But they forgot are crazy bread when we came back they refused to give a refund. We’ve never experienced this.

To be honest, I was not expecting a 5 star experience at a Little Caesars...so I tapered my expectations and feel pretty good about this location in general. This LC is located in small plaza that sits in front of the Walmart/Lowes on Charlotte Pike and for the most part is your average Little Caesars. I will say that the interior has been updated and the lobby was pretty clean. I have ordered twice from here and both times have done pick up, and weirdly both times I have received my confirmation code and the "ready for pickup" only to arrive, enter my code and not find my order. I have to ask the folks at the counter and while they are nice about it and apologize, the pizza is always coming out of the oven momentarily. I just wish they would clear up the timing between actual readiness and online readiness. I am sure they are trying to beat the clock, but its annoying. On the flip side, the pizza is always hot as it is usually coming out of the oven when I am in the lobby waiting. Overall, standard LC location that I have no problem visiting!

ZERO STARS!!! Placed my order online at 8:03 pm. Delivery time was no later than 9:02 pm (destination was only 10 min away). I couldn't pickup because I was babysitting and had 4 wild kids waiting patiently. I wasn't excited about already having to wait an hour, but 9:00 pm rolled around and no pizza. 9:50 pm rolled around and no pizza! I've called the store numerous times - only for an automated system to repeat that a team member will be with me shortly. After about 3 minutes, the call picks up and hangs up. My confirmation email provided a # to call if there were issues with the delivery but you can't get through - it just rings busy. There was a link to track my order (through door dash), but it has had no movement since the order was placed and confirmed. I checked my bank, I was already charged. I know places are short handed these days and many are doing their best, but I don't think that is the case here and I don't feel it would be a valid excuse in this instance. It is simply bad service for a business to not even communicate or have an open means of communication to keep the customer in the loop. I do not recommend this Little Caesar's location!!!

They Close at 9 pm. I caught the employees saying we are closed. Not once, but 3 times. I live right down the street. I have actual footage of them at 8:45 throwing and playing around. Doors locked and all. While i waited in the parking lot and called dominoes. I caught them handing out free pizzas to their friends at 9:10. Sounds like a good news story. Maybe i should post this to facebook :)

Lucky you only get 1 star... Your breadsticks sucked... No flavor, not completely done... Still very doughy... And this is what we got... Nice try... Epic fail on the breadsticks... Pizza wasn't that great either...

Order with the app. The place was closed when I got there. Told me to come back tomorrow. Tried this place two both times service was bad.Never had a little Caesars pizza that bad when I order the first time

We always have issues every time we come here. Sat in the drive thru line for twenty minutes watching people walk in and out with food. Then they had us pull up and wait and they brought out only have my order. We have slowly quit coming here and I think this will be my last time. Service is always horrible.

I wish I could give this location zero stars because I've Geiger it too many opportunities to do better. I'm from Detroit so I'm extra irritated ordering from this place. Last time I went in I wanted to order pepperoni cheese bread but the girl with the glasses and the bad vibes told me they didn't have anymore but then told me they had Italian cheese bread. So you mean to tell me that it's not possible to just slap some pepperonis on the cheese bread? Complete crap. There's no effort. I think they need therapy, respectfully speaking. But the food is really bad even for little Caesar's standards. Pizza wasn't even cooked all the way when my boyfriend ordered one. Not trying to get anybody fired, I'd just like to see better effort at least.

How are they going to have me sitting at the drive through for 15 MINUTES WITH ONLY ONE OTHER PERSON AT THE WINDOW. THEN YOU DONT SAY ANYTHING ON THE SPEAKER SO WE PULL UP TO THE WINDOW, YOU IGNORE ME FOR 5 MORE MINUTES SO WE JUST GO INSIDE. Home girl wanna roll her eyes at me , they're screaming crap like "WHATS THIS LADY'S PIZZA" like y'all fr, there's 2 people people in here, y'all obviously dont know how to do you're job & to Mrs. Attitude working the register, if you hate your job that much you should probably find a different one.

They are ALWAYS out of Crazy Bread. Had to wait 12 minutes in the drive through. The service here is absolute s**t. Wish I had an alternative closer. Do NOT recommend.

OMG. Will never come here again. Popped in on my way home to grab a pizza... waited 30 minutes for a hot and "ready" pizza... the young lady at the counter didn't seem to know what she was doing and was confused about whose order was whose. The store was dirty and the waiting area had no seating and was about 55 degrees and freezing. Just omg.

So we ordered way ahead of time to make sure we got our order correct and everything right. But as soon as we walk in ya people have to check to see if there is even an order for what we had just 15 minutes previously to coming here. We come here al the tie and I just want to say I am extremely disappointed in THIS little Caesar's. Horrible Customer service.
