These are the rudest workers. I go to Starbucks everyday and this is the the worst one. Everyone doesn't do mobile orders, they don't have a sign that they don't take cash and they refuse to take my order

Orderd on line, completely order at 833 am... app said order will be ready at 842. Cool. Still waiting on my order its 904. 2 iced apple crisp vente coffees... still not ready... no sorry no nothing. Really.... not sure I will be back

If you go here, complete a mobile order. I ordered a pink drink and egg white red roasted pepper bites. Waited a remarkably long time for the egg-white bites (20-25 minutes), only to find out they had just run out them. I watched her serve several orders before me ("there were a lot of mobile orders before you"). So, safe yourself the wait and frustration by ordering ahead.

Great place, was very easy to get in and out of the hotel. Great coffee as always.
I didn't mind this starbucks - it had a nice outdoor seating area that was usable even though it was chilly. Staff was super friendly and my order was ready immediately. It wasn't busy when I was there, but they did have quite the stack of online/app orders ready, so I assume this spot gets a decent amount of traffic.It was a little less organized than many of the starbucks I've been in and seems a bit messy but overall, decent and quick starbucks location.

Like most people, I've been to a lot of Starbucks locations but there is something different about how this location makes their drinks! I don't know who's done the training here, but it's perfect. Every single drink I've had from this location is picture perfect and taste exactly how you'd expect! You have the choice of several downtown locations, but this is the one I recommend!

Update: You order, and staff forget you ordered. Coffee takes 10 minutes in an empty shop. 2 mobile orders go out while you wait.Pre-pandemic: Efficient, urban Starbucks in busy plaza in downtown Nashville. The lines can be long but move fast.
