Was in there this morning and there was a homeless man that snuck in and was sleeping. No big deal. I called and told them because I assumed they weren't aware of the situation. Came back 2 hours later to resume my work, and he was still there asleep in the corner of the store. Why can't management provide a place that feels safe for their paying customers to bring their families?Editing this for more information. Apparently this Starbucks acts as a homeless shelter as well because another homeless man made base camp in their store. This location has lost my business.
